According to me, the technology is both goods as well as a threat as we know India is a developing country it needs its development in every field. It's good for us as new technologies make work easier, profitable, less time consuming etc. If we move on to our agriculture sector then we can see because of technology only farmers need to do much hard work & get a good amount of profit whereas, on the other hand, it's a threat as everyone is not literate in this world n each n every person don't know how to use new technologies so they remain unemployed and suffer a lot.

Good afternoon to one and all.

Today the given topic is "Impact of technology on jobs". We always wish to improve our technology and want to experience the advanced features in technological aspects. Today all the youth are getting recruited in software companies after their education. It is completely related to technology why because in olden days there is no such kind of facilities. Hence, there was a huge amount of unemployment and less literacy rate. But now we can easily go through the exam notifications & if we want to apply for a particular job we can easily apply it from our home.

Technology is not at all effecting badly on jobs. It is providing more information related to job seekers & one can get to know the reason about their unemployment & they can improve their skills and abilities by following online classes and study materials. When a student has the ability to solve, thinking capacity, listening skills, communication skills, learning skills, leadership qualities, spontainity, confidence & knowledge these are the factors which are really important in life. But majority of the students only give priority for the academics not for the practical knowledge. This is the main factor for unemployment. Technology will never effect badly on jobs it is completely based on our usage.

Good Morning to one and all.

Impact of technology on jobs. As per my view, Yes, There is a huge impact of technology on the job. Suppose a metro rail is an innovative invention for metropolitan cities like hyd, Mumbai etc. For one route of the metro, It needs two shits of drivers to drive, The Indian government will be planning for an automated driving system. Which doesn't need a driver at all? Here we are technically developed a lot. But we forgetting the employment of a driver. So it has to be in a certain limit. That which does not affect the future.

Good morning to one and all,

Today the topic is about the impact of technology on jobs, in earlier days no one is aware of social media and mobile phones, but now all are aware of both because the technology was developing. And also in earlier days, we need to go to an organisation and apply to the opportunity of an interview, but now no need to go for the organisation, in my home only we are able to apply for the jobs. By increasing technology, it has some advantages and disadvantages also, but there is fewer disadvantages compared to advantages. Recently one robot can do a 2000 plant sapling in just one hour. We all know about the app we use in our mobile phones like ola, uber, zomato, swiggy by ordering in it by sitting at home we can get a finish that works, no need of going to a hotel or to cab stands. And if we can follow an official page on social media or some another app we can get the notifications related to that page. If we follow page like job mela then we get notifications related to the job, it will help you to get a job.

Good evening to all of you.

I think the creating the technology is don't effect the job rather then it. It effect in positive way. We are knowing that the main problem of India is the large population and because of this the youth of the India didn't getting well jobs according to their education but one thing that they can survive in call centre and by delivery boy in swiggy and in zomato untill they didn't get the required job according to there qualifications. Hence the because of technology the swiggy and zomato app like there is in market to provide the jobs for need ful people and also one more benefit is that they deliver the food fast and we didn't go outside for food.

One more advantage is that the technology created a ola, Uber like app in which the auto drivers may loss their jobs but at the same time they get the job in ola and Uber as a driver and the pay scale in ola Uber also more then that of auto. So living of standard will improve of people.

And also the merto train cities required the more engineer to handle the metro system and to run the metro successfully and safefully in India. Hence Engineers placed at perfect job.

Thank you.

Technology has created a pool of opportunities. Everyone can agree to this.

It has drastically made our life easier. But let's face the harsh truth. Technology has created opportunities only for well skilled and educated people only. 26% of Indians are uneducated. How will they feed themselves? With the rise of online business, the shopkeepers are striving for goof market. Amazon will be using drones to deliver the packages taking away jobs of 100s of delivery boys. I cannot agree more to the fact that zomato, swiggy and uber have provided ample of jobs to people. But the time is not far when they will also use drones to deliver food. With the rise of AI in the world, millions of jobs will suffer in the world.

The technology was meant to make life easier instead it is making our life meaningless.

Hello, friends good morning.

As the topic is the impact of technology on jobs so, I think due to the introduction of technology in human life it is going to be in an easier way and we can save lots of time and use this time to accomplish another task also we can take a example of robot people think that jobs are going to be ended by introducing robots but its not much true. The jobs are relocated that is the transformation of job takes place from one form to another people gets a job by introducing robot they give jobs in electronics industry mechanical engineer can get a job in designing of the robot so by introducing technology life to become easier if we use it in a possitive way.

Technology increases productivity and hence reduces the burden on workers and eliminates the burden of doing repetitive tasks. For this, workers need to learn some skills to stay employed. It's just that the workers should be given training for the newly created jobs.

The proliferation of technology results in the improved lifestyles, and hence consumerism increases and thereby result in more employment opportunities. For example, the industrial revolution created more jobs than it eliminated.

Due to technology, demand for technically skilled youth is increasing and hence more jobs available for educated youth.

Technology helps in the growth of the economy. Economic growth can be utilised to create more employment opportunities with better pay.
