Today technology is very helpful for us and very important for us.

Today everything easier than before.

Nowadays many apps are developed by technology and many works are easier than before we are very comfortable before than by technology.

We can some work in a few seconds by technology.

We are made a safe payment/cashless payment by tech our present is developed.

Technology has some bad effects-.

Many people are lost their jobs because technology is developed.

The technology is developed in every field so many people have unemployment.

It's my great pleasure and honour to privileged amongst all of you here this evening.

Technology makes man's life very easy, comfortable. It has many advantages as well as disadvantage. Because nowadays everyone depends on the computer, mobile phone etc. Due to the help of technology, we can do our work within time. It reduces our time and energy. But every coin has two sides it also has many disadvantages like our youth waste there most precious time on social media etc. It increases unemployment.

Technology makes our work easy and simple and in 20th century we are dependent on technology however technology replace the human job through artificial intelligence. Now the organization is not ready to pay to the employees if the machine is doing the same job. Instead of hiring 1000 employees, if one machine is doing the same job then why should somebody hire 1000 employees and pay the salary.

Yes, the impact of the job decreases and artificial intelligence will replace many jobs in future.

21 century will be the competitors between human vs machine. So you have to always be master in your filed and remember they are machine they use repetition and we are human we can use the brain as well as.

We all know we live in an era where technology is an important aspect of life but it is causing much more harm than it is giving us benefits, due to increase in technology we prefer technology over manpower so the rise of unemployment. Today people prefer ordering things online from applications such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc though it had made our life easy the local stores are facing problems. We all know we are in this pandemic and our GDP is the lowest in the last 24 years, as many people have lost their jobs because of a lack of technological knowledge.

At last, I would like to say that though technology has a good impact on us it had a far worse impact on employment.

Technology is something which can replace human work more efficiently and effectively without extensive training as it is programmed to do so.

Technology advancement such as AI is a serious threat to employment as AI can replace all the job that requires us to first learn to analyse and then provide a solution, so practically all the jobs and also the unskilled job market.

For Eg: The Robo-advisors are replacing investment bankers and brokers. The unskilled labour has been replaced by advanced plants.

So to conclude technology has a humungous impact on the job market overthrowing one job and another. This is a serious threat to the job market. As using a computer than a human is much more efficient and cheaper.

Technology has taken over the world completely in every field whether it is in education, marketing, socialising, or employment.

The recent technologies developed in the 20's had a great effect on our lifestyle, it has made our lifestyle so much easy and time saving. Jobs nowadays are also affected by the technologies as most of the company go with the flow of latest technology and hence look for the people who are good at technical skills. Also as technology advances the need for the workers also increases and hence employment increases. Companies like uber, ola, swiggy, zomato, flipkart, etc has given employment to millions of people. This is the power of technology. It has brought a revolution to the world. We can now apply for jobs just by staying at our house. We don't need to roam from office to office in search of a job vacancy as there are website, social networking sites and job specific apps which tells about the vacancy. We can also prepare for the jobs by using various source of information available on internet. Technology has made employment so easy. But the disadvantage is that people are not looking up on their physical fitness and as a result lead to major illness problems. It company employees use to sit in front of laptop for several hours resulting in damaging of their eye sight and mental illness too. Also those who don't have the facility to learn these technical skills face a problem in getting a job and hence end up having a low-paid job.

What is technology? It means continuous advancement in the field of our techniques. In today's era, we are surrounded by different gadgets like mobile, Laptop, TV, etc.
As technology in the world is increasing, our gadgets also upgrading. Technology reduces our working time and energy. So technology has both pros and cons. So I am going to discuss the merits or demerits of technology.

Advantages:
1) By using technology we can save our time and energy.
2) Instead of manual work, we can use the computer for more efficiency and error-free work.
3) By different app, we can make our daily routine work easier.
4) In education, medical, share market, IT industry everything totally depends on technology
5) Lots of people earning money on YouTube.
6) No. of opportunity also increasing day by day in India.
7) Many software engineers are working for the betterment of India even outside India also.
8) So no of jobs in every field increased exponentially.

Disadvantages:
1) The literacy rate in India very high, so numerous people don't have the latest gadgets by they can use technology.
2) Yes, it is also true that if any person doesn\'t know about computer, mobile then he/she is not able to find any job easily, cause in every field you must be knowledgeable about technology.
3) My advice to the Indian govt. for the betterment of India, govt should organize a campaign in backward areas and villages. So every person can take the benefit of technology.

In the end, technology makes our life more comfortable but somewhere we are also losing our reasoning and thinking level.

Preferably Jobs are considered as what the working person does is paid back in terms of money. So it's like that whatever the work which is paid are jobs so as this statement, every person playing online games and earning from that are considered as a job right. As per the above statement, it is right. So this all is due to the technologies emerging nowadays. As this is only the impact of our technology that the unemployed are also earning by just playing games online the example can be as playing rummy. Another example can be that in earlier times if you talk about biding it was totally different as now biding apps are there. This shows how technologies are impacting are a society in a better way as every person is getting online jobs it's just that one should have the knowledge of emerging technologies. Though its bad impact on those who don't even know how to move the technologies and because of that are losing their jobs the conclusion can be made of providing proper training to have knowledge of new technologies.

Technological advancement is must, it increases efficiency, production and level of safety. Because of the fear that with the introduction of technologies the chances of people losing jobs will increase, we can not avoid these technological advancements. When computers were introduced it was predicted that many jobs will be lost due to it, but if we see present computer is an integral part of every sector which has helped in easing our work and maintaining records. As we adopted certain technologies we have access to a faster mode of communication, faster delivery of products and several other advancements take place. We can use new technologies like artificial intelligence in performing repetitive tasks and it can be also be used in places where there is a threat to human health.

Technology has a great impact on jobs, it makes our work easier than before, we shouldn't think that it reduces the employment rate. We should think that cause of this every work is going to complete in less time and error-free. We have the advantage to learn new things and to connect with technology. Whenever you compare India with developed countries India is nothing in terms of technology so we should work over there. I think technology plays a vital role to be a developed country.
