As we know about that we are living in the 21st century right now. To change ourselves or to update ourselves according to the time it is the nature of law. Likewise, we have to accept the new technology and have to update our work and processes. The main purpose of any work and process is to increase efficiency. And by adopting the new technology the efficiency of work will be increased.
The advantages of technology:
1) The work efficiency will increases.
2) The quality of work increases.
3) The labour cost will decreases.
4) The number of error decreases.
5) Time taken by the process will be.
Decreases.
6) The accuracy of work increases.
Hence the technology increases the job will be decreased but if technology updated then people must have to update themselves according to the new technology then and the unemployment will reduce. Because the technology is created by the human itself so to apply that technology at a particular time and at a particular domain is only knows the human. So technology is good if we update ourselves according to that technology.

More technology means less physical work people who are not skilled specially illiterate people technology is graveyard for them & its golden gate entry for skilled one. Technology is very beneficial for growth of country in less time. More technology more unemployment.

In my views, technology creates a big role in people's life. Nowadays everyone attached to technology. Technology makes our life easier as well as our works. Every industrialist wants maximum outputs in the response of less input and technology gives that part to them. So all of them starts less use of man hand power and that point creates unemployment. Now I have to conclude that technology creates unemployment and reduce job opportunity.

Now, work without technology is not possible. If the technology will be faster output will be more accurate and also take less time. But by using more technologies the biggest problem which is coming in light is an increment of unemployment. If we think as the country our population is increasing day by day so it will create a problem in the country. So, I will suggest that there should be a proper combination of technology used and manpower.

Technology plays a vital role in our life. It's both a boon and bane for a country. The biggest eg is artificial intelligence. The countries like Russia is heading towards AI which eventually declines the demand for labour in the country resulting in unemployment then poverty, declining per capita income or the financial status of a family. Another eg is imagine if a person owns a recharge shop but know 50% of his customer base has fallen down because we are heading towards the era of technology. Resulting in his lower income In short if the technology is boon it is bane also.

I think technology killing no of job opportunities. Especially, because of automation and AI. For example, if Tesla car come to a road with low cost, then lakhs of ola uber taxi drivers might use their job in future. Youth can go with technology. But what about 40+ years old peoples. Technology not only reducing job opportunities it also making people lazy. Nowadays, phones are becoming smarter and smarter but not youngsters.

With the growing demand, it is the need of the hour to introduce new technologies. When technology develops the very first thought which comes to our mind is how it will affect our life in terms of health and wealth. It is always seen, when discussed a technology we focus more of job loss. But is it really true? Let me cite some of the examples, with the introduction of wired and wireless communication although left many postman unemployed we forget the number of call centres which came up giving employment to many youngsters.
With the introduction of Ola and Uber, many auto rickshaw drivers were unemployed but the same technology gave employment to the same drivers at higher pay increasing their living standard.
A technology come in the market and remain in the market only when it is advantageous to the people. Definitely, technology has taken jobs from a few sectors but the same technology has provided job to more number of people in other sectors.
When we talk about the concept of driverless cars which will potentially create unemployment for the drivers we should also think about its success on road. Driverless cars on Indian road or in any other developing country won't be popular because of high fare. In developed countries, its impact on employment and unemployment is almost the same. So with the impact of technology, its success should also be taken care.
At last, again need of the hour is to introduce new technologies to grow business and generate employment, its not the technology creating unemployment, its the unawareness to use technology to its best. Technology do take jobs from a few sectors but the same technology provided job to more number of people in other sectors.

Hello my dear friends
There is nothing in the world that only good impact in case of anything, for examples in case of technology
Benefit:
(1) Less time required.
(2) Less numbers of labour required.
(3) Easily fulfil people requirement.
(4) More numbers of product form at a time.
Demerits:
(1) Cost of product increases.
(2) No more labour required for production (because all types of work done by technology).

Good Evening Friends,
According to me, Obviously, job recruitment is depending upon the technological growth. It will be changing based on the developmental growth of technology. Day by day technology is developed and new things are generated from the people. So, job recruitment is also based on new technology. And also job demand also increasing based on new technology. So the impact of technology is very high in job opportunities.

Good Evening friends,
I think the faster-growing technology is creating a huge impact in our daily life and also in our work life. By automation of new things, time can easily be saved and the processing also becoming fast than the old technology. If someone thinks that it is creating the problem of unemployment of the people, but if we see that latest technology is also creating new job positions and availability among the youths and also if we can train properly to the old workers then they can also be employable to a huge extent. So, for this Government should take active steps towards this process in the upcoming future.
