Social media is beneficial, as we get a lot of content on various topics, clear doubts, and address concerns, especially for introverts, who hesitate to discuss anything, so they can gain better knowledge about what they want.

But due to much dependence, people lose confidence and thinking power; as all are aware, to put any doubt or problem to get a solution, they’re not able to use their own mind, which impacts the future, as social media is not with us in some situations or phases.

In my point of view, Social media was introduced for good things to enhance our society and our knowledge but that was used in nowadays for most of dangerous an bad things only, at the same time, Many of them have awareness about the social media but the gadgets are producing continuously with advanced features.

The Impact of social Networking sites.

Social Networking Sites (SNS) can be used either positively or Negatively. Their impact largely depends on how People use them.

Some positive points will be;

1. SNS Enhance Communications and connectivity beyond any geographical boundaries. They help people to maintain and strengthen relationship through regular Interaction.

2. SNS facilitate rapid information sharing and help raise awareness about social, educational and global issues.

3. Social Networking platforms help build communities where people with similar interest, goals and challenges can connect and support one another.

4. SNS provides valuable opportunity for business growth and professional networking. Companies uses these platform for advertising, Marketing Campaign, and Customer Engagement.

5. SNS also offers Educational benefits by providing access to Learning Resources, expert Discussions, and Educational Contents.

Some Negative Points:

1. Excessive use of social media can Negatively affect our mental health and may contribute to Depression, Anxiety, and social isolation among the adolescents and young adults.

2. Privacy concerns are a major issue on social networking sites. Users may become victims of scams, identity theft, or financial fraud.

3. The spread of misinformation or fake news can mislead people, especially regarding political, social and public issue.

4. Cyberbullying and online harassment can cause emotional distress and psychological harm.

5. Excessive social media usage can lead to time wastage, reduced productivity, and decreased concentration.

In conclusion, Social Networking sites are very powerful tools that can have positive and negative effects. When used responsibly, they can enhance communication, learning and professional growth.

However, misuse can lead to various social and psychological Challenges. Therefore, it is important to use social networking sites wisely and maintain a healthy balance between online and offline life.

Everything is bound to two things those are nothing but advantage and disadvantages. There is no such thing as only having advantages; life is good and disadvantages.

Nowadays, social media has become part of our life; we are all fully dependent on it, and we cannot survive without our mobile even for an hour.

But everything is in our hands, so we need to use it properly or else we need to know how to use it.

There are such things about social media where it is a major part of our lives.

Being Social means being connected with people person or place in order to find thier own companionship where's media means medium to express.

Social medias can be noon as well as curse. I can say now a days a lot of information which flows are not accurate. Many of freind has mentioned both benifits and talking about algorithms but I support negative in favor of social media.

One can take benefits of social media but I can't support because when we look over the graph being benefits and other aspects of the impact you will find this generations are wasting hrs in watching reels and Blog even I can't imagine person who have no expertise are being treated as professors.

The word influencer which itself related with the impact on persons mental and career dilemma people are being glamorise they are demanding high maintenance from parents inorder to match subsequent standard of social media and Rest other can be good aswell.
