I think in my point of view, everything has a positive and negative side depending on the people's mindset. Social networking sites have many positive sides like it connects people from everywhere, using social networks much information can be collected so use it in a positive way.

Some people waste and invest more time in social media like scrolling reels, playing games etc due to this it affects our mental and also physical health.

According to my opinion, the impact of social networking sites is depending on how to perceive things.

Many people post with negative comments due to that negative thoughts people think that the impact of social networking sites is bad for their families.

For our entertainment, work, learning and finance we are using the internet nowadays and all these social networking sites connect us all to show and share all of these.

Through these social networking site algorithms, we can track peoples' like-dislike and provide information to them accordingly.

In my point of view, it has both merits and demerits too.

It depends on how we use it sometimes it's beneficial and sometimes it isn't good for us, when we see the merit of it then we show many of its values such as its a platform to represent n express your talent.

When we see the demerit of it then we see that it is a very bad habit to scroll every time when we get time rather than utilize that time to do some important work.

In My perspective everything has two sides we see in this world like; Profit/Loss, win/loss, and Happiness/sad so if we consider all these so we can easily connect with the impact of social networking.

The positive aspect of this is the role of social media is huge The World is changing quickly because they get quick information through which they can easily find a way to perform better We got news updates and connect people easily these all are benefits.

Negative side for me is; excessive use of social destroyed our personal space, family time and so much more.

As per my opinion, everyone is using social networking nowadays. It's become routine/habit in our day-to-day life. Everything has two types generally i.e.positive side and negative side just like by using social networking sites we get benefits and some demerits too.

On the positive side, we can easily get valuable information related to our problems.

On the Negative side, by extra usage of social networking sites, we can get instant results. And also some health issues like heart disease i.e., by Mobile uv rays we get some health issues.

In my opinion, social networking sites have some merits and demerits. Social networking sites are very useful in today's generation. It's the place where collaborate with people all around the world, and we can also develop the business through advertising and sharing the good news with our loved ones these have come into merits but nowadays youngsters are misusing these social networking sites in the wrong way. They have to use these sites for useful information the government need to restrict these social networking sites to youngsters for their sake.
