Hello everyone;.
I'm Yuvaraj;.
Now, I would like to speak-out with the topic of "IMPACT OF SOCIAL MEDIA".
Firstly, what is social media? what is the use of social media?
So, in our daily day life we use smart mobiles, laptops etc. , Probably.
In that, we use whatsapp, twitter, instagram etc. what is the use of it?
In some conditions and situations, we are unable to speak and react in the exact situation,
So we can say it by social media it is better to convey the information with social media to people.
2. What is the use of social media?
It means, we are learning something it means, in the schools and colleges teachers use.
To tell the chapters fastly in that some points we miss it, it means we know the "word" but.
We are unable to get up and can't able to ask the answer. It means if we ask a doubt means teacher use to joke on us. Around the entire class. So we have an mobile in our hands means we must search the answer,
It will clarify our doubt if we shy to ask the answer in the class. Social media is there to clarify our doubt.
Each and every question. If we use the social network means in the reasonable purpose we can get the answer Of the question and feel much better in the mind, so explore the network and find the answers around the world what is what. We use social media for sake of knowledge you can able to speak out. Around 100 members, you aquire knowledge in it you become the pros of your life.
Thankyou".

Hello everyone, My name is Prepsa. I have read all your views regarding this particular topic. So I also want to share my point of view.
As we know everything has it's pros and cons. Similarly, social media has its pros and cons. I'll discuss it one by one.
Pros: Social media is one of the best sites when it comes to connecting people and interacting with people all around the world. We can make friends through social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, etc. We can gain proper knowledge about things that we want to learn. Social platform like youtube provides us with different kinds of knowledgeable videos in various fields of education, cooking, tech information, gardening, management, etc. Social media is good when it is used properly. It connects us with our loved ones. Through social media, we can chat and video call our friends and acquaintances, who are very close to us.
Cons: social media has its negative sides as well. It is misused by scammers for cyber crimes. In sometimes, it's misused by children to waste their precious time in such futile reels and shorts by scrolling continuously for hours and hours. People are weakening their eyesight by excessive use of social media. Nowadays social media is becoming a crime hub for scammers. These days a new type of fear is revealed which is deepfake. Through this hackers and scammers are ruining life of innocent. So we have to be aware of these scams.

Hello Everyone,
There are both positive as well as negative impacts that social networking sites have created.
Talking about the positive side, it helped all the people of the world to be reachable by anyone. We can easily share our progress, or if we want to seek help we can reach the world in a better way. We can advertise our business in a large scale also opportunity for talent acquisition is drastically enhanced as we can easily find job all over the world and the recruiters can reach their desired candidates. Platforms like LinkedIn have helped millions of job seekers.
Talking about the negative impact, social networking sites have increased the sense of comparison among people. Some people show off their lives too fabulous but in reality they are just lying to the whole world. Scrolling reels on Instagram has destroyed the academics of our youths drastically. People have two faces. They are living fake lives just to show off them better in social media. People have 1000 friends on Facebook but in reality, they are not having a single true friend. People are feeling lonely. They need some authentic person to share their thoughts, not the fake social world. According to a recent report, loneliness has become a disease in some countries.
So we have to use our wisdom wisely so that we can be prevented from the negative impact of social networking sites and can utilise the positive sides of these sites.
Thank you.

Hello Everyone,
We are now living in a digital era and gradually transitioning into a world dominated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Over the years, we have come a long way with the growth of the internet and social media, and today many people depend on these platforms in their daily lives.
Social media is widely used for sharing information, getting news updates, learning new skills, building professional connections, and even applying for jobs. Platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and online communities help people grow professionally, improve their knowledge, and connect with opportunities across the world.
However, there is also another side to social media. Along with useful content, these platforms may spread misinformation, fake news, online frauds, and negative influence. Excessive use of social media can also affect mental health, reduce productivity, and create addiction among users.
At the same time, social media itself is not completely good or bad; it depends on how people use it.
Many individuals use these platforms positively for education, awareness, networking, and creativity, while others misuse them for spreading hate, scams, or harmful content.
Therefore, in this AI-driven digital age, it is important for everyone to use social media responsibly and wisely. Technology should become a tool for growth, learning, and development rather than a source of negativity or misuse.

Introduction - social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Where people can connect easily to known or unknown people and they get to know about many things and can learn something valuable.
So we all know food, water, and roof are essential for human beings to survive but apart from them, social media is one of them in today's world. One cannot survive from social media, we can do and learn so many things from social media because it is the reservoir of knowledge. You know if there is a head-on coin there is also a tail like that social media have its soo many advantages and disadvantages. But these solely depend on the person who is accessing it, social media is a source of earning for many people, it is a platform for many peoples who can show their talent to many people, social media is a great platform for many people who are willing to learn something new. One of the prestigious advantages of social media is that we get to know about the current happenings around us. If we talk about the disadvantages of social media is that social media gives us dopamine shots and one who is spending his or her too much of time in scrolling reels has no use with the future. Social media is addictive to so many things.
Conclusion - social media is a great platform for learning and earning as well. If children are using mobile the parent must do surveillance.

The impact of social networking sites on people has increased a lot and social networking sites have not only been restricted to Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. There are some other social networking sites such as Twitter.
TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn. It has given ample opportunities to the people to grow within the community by posting content that can outshine the people. Staying connected with family and friends worldwide via email, text, FaceTime, etc, quick access to information and research, banking and bill pay at our fingertips, online learning, job skills, content discovery (YouTube), involvement in civic engagement (fundraising, social awareness, provides a voice), great marketing tools, opportunities for remote employment The coin has two sides similarly social networking sites have some negative impacts as well on the people. Social media itself is not the problem. It is the way people use it in place of actual communication and in-person socializing. “Friends” on social media may not be friends, and may even be strangers. The more time spent on social media can lead to cyberbullying, social anxiety, depression, and exposure to content that is not age-appropriate. FOMO has become a common theme and often leads to continual checking of social media sites. The idea that you might miss out on something if you’re not online can affect your mental health.

The Double-Edged Sword of Networking Apps.
Networking apps have transformed the way we connect and interact with others. While they offer numerous benefits, they also come with potential drawbacks.
The Benefits:
These platforms provide global connections, opening doors to new relationships and opportunities. They also offer career opportunities, knowledge sharing, community building, and personal branding. By leveraging these benefits, individuals can expand their professional networks, stay updated on industry trends, and showcase their skills and expertise.
The Drawbacks:
However, networking apps also have their downsides. Information overload can lead to fatigue, and cyberbullying can have serious consequences. Privacy concerns and addiction are also potential risks, and online relationships can sometimes lack depth and authenticity.
Navigating the Landscape:
To maximise the benefits of networking apps while minimising their drawbacks, it's essential to be mindful of a few key factors. By setting clear goals, prioritising quality connections, being authentic, balancing online and offline life, and monitoring your online presence, you can harness the power of these platforms effectively. By being aware of the potential pros and cons, you can navigate the digital landscape with confidence and build meaningful relationships.

As mentioned, today’s topic is the Impact of Social Networking Sites.
After reviewing some of the thoughts/tweets on this topic, I read a thought stating that the human brain can be manipulative in nature.
I think I agree with that—training the brain the way we want can lead to both positive and negative impacts of social media.
If we take the positive side, it means seeing motivational or entertaining videos to refresh a person’s mind. It is also a tool for gathering information about others. It also creates many job opportunities like blogging, content creation, and motivational videos. It also helps many creative fields like photography, cinematography, editing, etc. to grow. For example, through photography as a hobby, I gained confidence.
If we think of the negative impact, I would say many people waste hours scrolling reels, playing online games, or watching movies. This habit can lead to a loss of productivity, and in some cases, it may even cause stress, anxiety, or depression.
Nowadays, cyberbullying happens where posting something informative or creative can attract vulgar comments, which may lead to depression. On social media platforms, people also stalk others and create inappropriate photos with AI, then post them on these platforms.
As I said earlier, the way you use social media is how it impacts society, culture, etc.
Thank you.

Hello everyone,
I believe that social networking sites have had a significant impact on our lives, both personally and professionally. On the positive side, they have enabled us to connect with people from all over the world, expand our networks, and build relationships that might not have been possible otherwise.
Social media platforms can also be a great source of information and inspiration. We can learn new things, discover new ideas, and be inspired by others' experiences and perspectives. They provide us with opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations, collaborate on projects, and even form communities around shared interests.
Moreover, social networking sites have revolutionized the way we communicate, particularly in today's remote work environment. Instant messaging, video conferencing, and other tools allow us to stay connected with colleagues, clients, and friends no matter where we are. This can lead to increased productivity, improved collaboration, and a more balanced work-life balance.
Ofcourse, it is important to use social media responsibly and be aware of the potential risks, such as privacy concerns, cyberbullying, and misinformation. But with proper precautions and a positive approach, social networking sites can be powerful tools for personal growth, professional development, and building meaningful connections.

Hi everyone.
Social media has now become an important part of our daily lives. There's not a single day when we do not use our phones to check our social media handles.
According to me, there are many advantages of using social media. First and foremost is the vast amount of information that one can gather through these apps. Nowadays, everything that happening around the world reaches us within half an hour. Everyone is aware of everything and more.
Social media is also used to enhance our existing knowledge on a n number of topics. It is used for educational purposes as well.
With the growth of Social Media, several small businesses have flourished. Thus it supports small businesses giving them the chance to shine.
It helps people showcase their talents, thus giving them the recognition and support they deserve.
Anything that has advantages has several disadvantages as well.
A study has shown, that we check our phones about 250 times a day. Such use of social networking sites leads to addiction, and depression in extreme cases.
The younger generation is more focused on looking relevant and getting likes on social media. They tend to doubt themselves and often get depressed.
The concentration span has remarkably decreased in the past few years.
Some of the biggest cons are cybercrime, cyberbullying, and online harassment.
Thank you.
