While they can foster learning and relationships, overuse or misuse can harm mental health and weaken real-life social interactions, making balanced and responsible use essential.

My name is Nova, and I can share my life experiences. In my 6 class, that does not have a mobile.
And I don't use the internet, including YouTube and Instagram.
But that I have a lot of happiness and a peaceful life, only going to school and playing games with my friends, and only entertainment and chill, but once I come home, I lose my happiness and also games.
I lost my peacefulness only addiction to phone, YouTube and Instagram, etc.
I can observe that social media has two sides: are there is one positive side and one negative side. I can observe some positive aspects and natives are there.

In today's world, social media is crucial for day-to-day life. It helps to connect people across the globe. Like many things, this also has pros and cons. Talking about pros:

1. We can get any news and information from anywhere across the globe.
2. It helps to connect with the people we love who are living far away.
3. Many people made a career out of social media from professions like digital marketing, content creation, etc.
4. It enables us to access information easily so that we can make informed decisions.

About cons:

1. Many people use it to spread anarchy by spreading misinformation and disinformation.
2. Due to the social media risk of privacy.
3. It helps in connecting people but also disconnects people, like if some people are sitting in a room the instead of talking to each other, they scroll social media endlessly.
4. Many people spend a large time scrolling endlessly and spend time unproductively.

In social networking sites, we can't directly say their impacts because social media having advantage as well as disadvantages.
First, I start with advantages social media helps to connect with friends and family members who are living far from us and it is help in education because nowadays online education having high demand and helps in marketing, hiring for jobs and also it is one of the way to earning money by making videos or reels and social media also helps in exploring the ideas or thought to all our word these are infinite benefits of social networking.

Now, I am going to share some thoughts about disadvantages, like some peoples are misused the social media by uploading MMS footage, which is not good for those student having age of 18, and also hacking is a concern, and young people are using too much social media this not good for their own health.

In my opinion, social media is used by many people in every field (application), healthcare, research, banking system, etc.

Social media has good and bad opinion depends on the mind set.

Using a good mind set gain knowledge and a bad mind set use waste time using the platforms like Insta, Facebook.

Social networking sites are used for many purposes; many people apply for jobs using these platforms. But most of them would be job scams. Due to these issues, many users lose interest over time.

From my perspective, social media has both good and bad sides.

The good side includes it helps to connect people across the globe, it makes us know about daily updates and so on.

The bad side includes some people getting seriously addicted to using these platforms. They try to live in a virtual environment. By doing these they will gradually reduce their interest in their surroundings. This will cause a change in their behaviour also. Some people who are using social media for long hours will develop a fear to face the crowd or become introverts. They feel very much happy in scrolling through the feeds. By doing this they are spending a lot of time meant for studies and all other activities.

Social media has become the key platform for today's generation. Starting from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube or if it is Indiabix, all are linked. It plays a major role to work in different ways. People have made it as a mode to connect, educate or know about daily life through social media.

They have made it a platform for their survival and making prime use of it. Created social media as a mass source of today's population employment.

In my opinion, social media has a good site and advantages too but there are a lot of things which harm our generation for example let's take children they spent each and every moment on the phone like by means of eating, sleeping and even in the restroom which does effect mental health and physical fitness.

In my opinion, I think social media is the best thing, to use some applications these applications we study knowledge, and basic activities to improve ourselves. If we take the example of LinkedIn, getting a job and great opportunity for freshers or employers and the second thing is YouTube to gain our knowledge practically display all the things, to create a project or model.

Social media is a part of life we greatly benefit from networking easy to work to any working media for eg anythings we don't know how to do we see this in social media and doing this properly these reason reduces the time-consuming.
