As we are discussing the impact of media, it has advantages and disadvantages to depending be who uses it carefully. Those who use unwanted content it depend on their mindsets, but most social media has a 70%advantage for schools and colleges to complete their projects.
A disadvantage is that most of people are addicted to the unwanted contents like Instagram, Snapchat. So, it is useful for those who use it for useful content.

According to me, social media has its pros and cons. It depends on you how use it. Some of useful content from social media gets easily available on social media platforms after how people use it depends. On social media, information is available but not sure it's authentic. I think how people use social media is based on their personal preferences. Some people use social media to educate and improve themselves like E-learning where everything is free and convenient for students of this age, but some people use social media as a tool to inflict pain on others like cyberbullying and spreading wrong information. So, I think it is solely dependent on the person on how they want to use social media.

'you are using it to gain knowledge, learning new skills it is really helpful and if you are using to just waste your time on social media this will affect your studies, mental health dyc. When we scroll reels the time span was around 10-15sec for every reel and we are addicted to that. This will reduce your ability to focus on longer tasks.

In my point of view, there is good and bad impacts are there from social networking sites because there is thing which is good or bad that is only on ours which means on the user's hands.
Take an example from this site is we are learning and building new skills that are a good impact but some are spreading negativity that is a bad impact.
So my final conclusion is good or bad it is on user handling way.
