As we know the live example of social media during the time of COVID-19 we all were studying from home Teachers also taught us from their homes. It's a great advantage to connect with people from anywhere, anytime during COVID we all were connected with our family through social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp chat, video calls, and so on. By using social media we can upskill ourselves, we can do courses from it which is related with our field.

Let's move on disadvantages:.

Nowadays people are using social media more they don't know how it will impact their lives or health issues. We are seeing this because fraud cases growing continuously, and hacking cases are increasing. Children are spending so much time on social media like scrolling.

As Every coin has two faces, social media also has its own advantages and disadvantages. Social media provides us with a platform where we can show our talent and some innovative and creative things to motivate others.

But the youth are using social media in the wrong direction, they try to implement the thing in real life.

Social media platforms are very good as long as bad it's upon the usage of person many people scroll and waste their valuable time they have to use in limit it's helpful for communicating with abroad family and we can promote our businesses also it has pros and cons according to the usage.

In this era, Social media is an important part of everyone's life whether it's a child or an older person everyone has benefited from it as we can see there are many sites that help students to gain knowledge and understand the topis easily, whereas an adult can find different sites to upgrade their skills through certification courses as well as can search easily for the job and we can easily connect with our family members who live in abroad.

Social media is an important one for day-to-day life. It connects people from various locations. You can also get worldwide information from your home. In my opinion, social networking has pros and cons, both in a balanced way. Yet the bad effects of using too many social networking sites can impact your personal life, and sometimes it sends you into depression. People on social networking sites used to post about their daily lives to show off their lifestyles on the internet to gain influence, and their followers tried to copy things. That is the first part of manipulation toward following harmful things on the internet. There are many social networking sites that are used to produce fake news to cause hoaxes around people. Such types of news are never tried by anyone to find the facts before posting them on the internet. People on social networking are used to creating pages to support some type of propaganda to create their images and distribute their point of view to other people. Nowadays, people are increasing their screen time by spending too much time on the internet, which can cause stress, and anxiety, not attaining a healthy lifestyle, following trends on social media, and disrupting their lives by not getting the things they desire.

In fact, social networking has advantages by connecting people around the world. Many social networking site pages also produce good, healthy content to enhance their lifestyles by working hard toward their goals. Education pages provide quality educational facts about the student who loves to spend time on the internet.

So, that is my point of view on the "Impact of social networking sites".

In my opinion, social media sites are impacted very much. Everyday we scroll Instagram pages, and Facebook pages and see how others are happy in their life and getting depressed by seeing this. People started comparing his/her life by seeing the life of people in social media sites. Also, some people fake their lives on social media which is very wrong. These are some negative sides of social media which thoroughly affect one person. Also, some people fall into the trap or are ghosted by fake social media IDs.
