Impact of Social Networking Sites

I believe that social media does help a lot in connecting people. There are many of news which we get to know only through social media. Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram have proved to be great sites for connecting people.

Take for example the Israel and Palestine war. As we know there was a lot of destruction happening in both countries and how we got to know that was through social media itself. Furthermore, many people started funding and donations for both parties through social media to help them.

Another example can be people putting dogs or other pets up for adoption if they are not able to find a good home for them in the locality. This reduces the chances of the animals suffering. In this way also social media helped connect people.

Therefore to conclude all that has been stated above, yes social media does play a very prominent role in connecting people and will continue to do so in the future.

Social Networking Sites has both its pros and cons:-.

Pros- People can learn and earn from social networking sites. It is a big platform for brand promotion and advertisements with minimal cost or no cost. Anybody can promote their brand without any hindrance. It is also a wide platform for networking as well. People around the world can connect virtually.

Cons- Like the famous phrase every coin has two sides similarly with pros there are cons as well. Social networking sites have their cons like a distractions, cyberattacks, rumors, misusing the platform, etc.

I would like to share my thoughts about social media platforms, Social media is one of the most important parts of our daily life where can we share our emotions, knowledge, and communication with other people.

Social media connects people nowadays we are using many social networking apps like Instagram, Facebook, telegram & Messenger, all these apps are used to get communicate with people by connecting with people we may get good or bad experiences.

various platforms like LinkedIn have proved to be an excellent way of connecting to professional people and increasing networking.

as we know every topic or everything in the world has its pros and cons, so it also has some demerits there are we spend a lot of time on social media for unimportant things, it causes eye diseases, stress, laziness, headache like that etc.

In my opinion, it depends on the way we use it.

Social media is a new Era for everyone. It's widely spreads in every sector. Through social media we get news and contents immediately and what we require. But this is a like ocean, firstly we konw that what we want exactly from that because lots of information come but every information is not a authentic. We spend lots of time on social media.

I noticed one big major change through social media is social awareness. Now people just don't rely on news platforms, they can see what's happening in the world through many social media platforms and act according to it.

Nowadays social media is a part of our living. But it is in our hands to use it wisely. Many people earn and learn from social media platforms. I thought we believed our thoughts and learned more from our experience. Now it changed like anything we see on social media our thoughts are correct, and we trust. I am not mentioned social media is Wrong. It depends on ways of handling things.

A coin have 2 sides, same here Social Media have it's positive as well as negative effects.

For a creator social media is like his daily job and an earning machine as well, for good and mature student it is also helping them as their teachers.

And at the same time, other peoples are consuming too much of the content from social media and hence leading to decrease there focus span, bad eye vision and many health issues.

Even many students use Youtube for study's but they just show it. They get distracted and also ends loosing thier most precious time on social media.

Yes, its true that everything that we use should be limited. All the scams that are held by scammers, all the crimes that are held by cyber criminals are because of this social networking. Recently the deepfake images of Actress Rasmika Mandana, and Alia Bhatt went viral very shortly. To make their videos viral, people can post anything without thinking about the after-effects of those videos or images. Also, scammers make fake accounts of you seek financial help from your friends, and then deactivate that accounts. In India, a lot of people don't know how to handle social media so by just replying to a message, their all-time savings can be theft by scammers.

Yes, there are a lot of advantages to using social media but it should be used in the right ways we should be alert enough while using this and we should have proper knowledge of something before we use it.
