In my point of view, social sites gives both negative and positive effects on our life.

First, the Positive effect is that nowadays everything is possible through social sites easily and at a time. Social sites help us to connect with friends and other people.
Social sites also help with online interviews, online discussions, and online education. It provides very vast material related to study on youtube and on other sites.

Second Negative effect,

Social sites are very harmful for children they are playing games every time, watching cartoons, and videos. So it affects on their eyes and Mental health.

It also effects on their education and physical health.

Compared to times before the growth of digital platforms, communication was done through letters which the receivers would receive it after days. Now that we can see it has become so convenient and easy to share something with someone and hear from others at an instant.

Thinking from a business perspective having social networking sites are of at most importance as the world is growing so fast that not having strong online presence can become a great weak point. People of all ages are adapting to using this planforms from young to old aged people.

But social media has impacted this Generation of kids a lot as they are attached to their phones, longing for messages from their friends or just for mindless scrolling. It has deteriorated the ability of their brains, as they just keep scrolling for hours and hours wanting to be entertained when they can be spending that time in order to read something new or do an activity which trains their brain and increases the memory power.

Social networking affects people in a positive and negative. In a positive manner with the help of social networking sites, we connect anyone easily and communicate easily. And we can get all the latest update to happen around the world. And people can spend time. On the other hand, there are many negative impacts of social sites on societies like it will harmful for peoples (effect on eyes, health and many more) , and people get fake news that is the cause of some consequences happens and now a people addict these social sites.

I think the impact of social sites is good for society when we use in an effective manner.

Social media sites such as Facebook are used to connect with our loved ones who are far distance from us. But nowadays as technology increases it is used to spread false information, damaging the image of someone else and everyone is kept busy on phones whether they are with friends or with family.

The cuddling of a baby by parents is replaced by phone, playing in playgrounds is replaced by pub-G.

Everyone has 100 friends on social media but no true friend in day-to-day life.

Social media causes very harmful effects on the human body such as loneliness, depression and mental instability.

Social media is good only when it is used for good things otherwise it bad for humans.

I must say that every app has its pros and cons. In my point of view, social media is the best platform for those who are marketing brands, clothes, products and other industrial advertisements. It also helps to show our culture to other states and countries as well as we can see their culture also.

In the current scenario, whatever it happens in anywhere at first social media gonna leak that news and go viral.

There is a big con about social media is, there are some scammers or hackers who can hack people's accounts and they can send nudiety pictures and ask them to pay money, which leads those who are getting scammed they gonna commit suicide and depression.

Communication and Connectivity:
Social media allows people to stay connected with friends and family, share experiences, and communicate instantly, regardless of geographical barriers.

Information and Awareness:

According to me, social media is a good source of networking it helps us to get connected with people all over the world, it helps us to interact and touch with new relations, improve communication, it helps us to gain knowledge and share memories to everybody we want to share with.

Social media is helping us in all our needs in technology like online shopping, impormation on paticular topic for projects and to get general knowledge.

So, their is a positive impact of social networking sites if we use it accordingly. There are my disadvantages too if we use it in that way, but by using it in a good way helps us to have a good future and a good network all over the world.
