Yes, extra curricular activities should definitely be made compulsory in schools. Now -a-days, there is a huge competition and students are experiencing a lot of stress. In such situations, these activities will be a way of relief for them. These activities find the hidden talents in the students and keep them happy, healthy both mentally and physically, help them in developing their self confidence and relations with their classmates. These activities provide a different way of learning for them i.e. by stage learning and learning through experiences. Thus, these activities make them develop interpersonal skills and intrapersonal skills right from their childhood.
Hence, it is the responsibility of the schools to make extracurricular activities as a part of the daily school schedule. The parents instead of not only encouraging them to study, should also help their child find out their interests and should see that they participate actively in at least one activity. Mainly, the students should be given freedom to participate in the activities they like or else, the idea of these activities being made compulsory in schools will be violated.

Hi everyone.
Yes, extracurricular activities should make compulsory in school this type of activities will make students stronger and firstly.
These activities avoid stage fear. It gives strong mind and improves competitive spirit, it improves knowledge.
Some students are not active they feel stage fear they won't participate in activities, that time parents and teachers have a responsibility to teach them in nice way. When students participate in those activities parents also know their children's talent and they happily give chances, and they change the mindset about children's.
I conclude that extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in schools. It will gives chance to every student to show their hidden talent and that is the stage to avoid fear and also gives refresh to every student.

Yes,
According to me, extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in schools, so that children can go for some refreshment activities like playing, singing, dancing, art and crafts etc, which will give a boost to the minds of today's young children. It will further sharpen their minds and enhance their concentration power. Playing different games will help to become better and responsible citizens of the society, because every game is played according to certain rules and breaking the rules means a foul play and a foul play requires some kind of penalty. In this way, children learn the quality of playing fairly and when children gain this attribute they try to implement these qualities in their personal lives. Further, extra curricular activities develop many other qualities like discipline, time management, team spirit, justice.

Yes, extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school. Forget about the competitions first child should learn to live his life right. Studying all the day gives only the bookish knowledge but participating in extra curricular activities will make one to use that knowledge in the society. For example studying how to swim is totally different from really swimming right. So first learn and then execute.
And these curricular activities will also make child to relax from studies for a while. And following are the main advantages having extra curricular activities in school.
1. It increases competitive spirit.
2. It makes a child to mingle with people.
3. It gives relaxation.
4. And it makes a child to know his real world.

In my opinion, Extra Curricular activities are important in one's life. Just think of the fact that we are here to read the examples of group discussion and make opinion on them. Don't you think if group discussion was a part of extracurricular activities you might have an experience of the same. People learn from experiences rather than learning from books. And extracurricular activities provides the insight for the same. More the experience you have, the better you'll perform.
Thank You.
Thank You.

Good Morning, Everyone and all I admit for who was sharing this topic.
I also want to share my view on this topic.
According to my point of view, extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school because it helps in all around the development of the student. Extra curricular activities help to find out hidden talent. Even parent does not know about hidden talent which makes his children different from other. They think that only reading books and preparation of competitive exam will make success ti his children.
Extracurricular activity will make a path of success.
Thank you.

According to me.
Extra curricular activities like dancing, singing, playing almost all type of sports etc with a proper educational system will make a better youth and youth will make India a better place to live.
Let's think about that what does exta curriculum activity do to us, It gives us a various way to live life as we want. It gives the freedom that if you are not good in study. You are not USELESS, you can be something. You can be different. What makes these activities so crucial.
One thing I want to mention that in our Indian society what he thinks about intelligence, that if a student is good in the study he is intelligent. But according to me anyone who is doing anything brilliantly that one is intelligent.
So do that in which no one can beat you. And if they get the platform from the starting stage of learning (school) I assure you we will get so much great Olympians, athletes, dancer, singer and many more.
Look at our system we study almost 14 years before going to college and what most experience there that study was not for them. They have specific talents which most of their friends do not possess.
So if we will provide these things from the start. We will be able to provide them a better future.
So I STRONGLY BELIEVE that Extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in schools.

Hello fried in my opinion.
Extracurricular activities should be made compulsory in schools for the following reasons.
1. Activities make our mind free from studies.
2. Children learn sportsman spirit from them.
3. Their body is fit and healthy.
4. This will also aid the school to find the hidden talent and potential of the future sports person.
5. They help to channelize the boundless energy of kids.
6. This will certainly raise the standard of our performance globally.
On the other hand, sometimes extra curricular activities are not good for the following reasons.
1. It can damage the personality of a physically weak child. Such a child will develop an inferiority complex.
2. Moreover, some kids prefer being engrossed in books which provide them enough diversion.
I feel that games are absolutely essential for a balanced personality development where the mind and body grow in tandem.
Thank you.

I think extracurricular activities must be compulsory in schools because there are many children who come to school just to get through exams with good marks but they are not confident enough to present themselves when given the opportunity to speak or mingle with people.
