Yes. I think extracurricular plays an important role in developing one's activeness and to be fit and healthy. Students studying in a school needs some physical activities to be mentally and physically active during lectures and other things. Their tiredness gets vanished if they are involved in such type of activities. I think campaigning should be there to make aware the peoples regarding the importance of being physically fit and healthy. School should include a period daily in which students are able to do such type of activities.

In my opinion, yes extra-curricular activities should be made compulsory in schools as it helps the students to develop the skills apart from the academic curriculum skills. It helps the student to develop a good personal profile. It is also the best way to get aware about the field in which he or she can excel.

In today's era, bookish knowledge is not everything one must have a multidimensional personality and these activities develops the skill in the student right from the beginning.

It helps one to develop a dynamic personality.

Hi Everyone.

Yes, Extra Curricular Activities should be made compulsory in schools. Extra Curricular activities make children to learn many differnt things. Everyone in this world are not same. Some students may be good at academics while others may be good at sports, Performing arts, etc. Extra curricular activities bring out the hidden qualities of children. Extra Curriculam activites help the students to develop their skills, personality, Logical resoning, ect. Academics only will never help students to develop their personality.

Students need play as well as studies to have the right balance in life.

ECA not only provide a break from routine studies but also help the students to improve their health.

It is a way to bind with different people and often enhance the team spirit in children.

Some people think that making compulsory will take the fun out of it, but I think it should be made compulsory because it is good for their health. Children don't study by giving their 100% but also we are making them study. So why not we make them do some other activity?

The name or the topic is not correct because these activities are not extra. They are the part and partial of life.

Today's generation has become advanced in technical grounds but is not able to express out their internal abilities due to various reasons:.

1. Work pressure.
2. Less time to devote.
3. Not willing or not interested.

And various reasons.

Extra curricular activities give us the platform to prove ourselves which we shouldn't lose.

This shows us that- " we should have an endless hope, not a hopeless end".

Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, Extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in all the schools. In most of the schools, students are having three periods of physical education classes in a week. Although they are playing happily, teachers will not allow them to get practice on their favourite game. Because they are having extra curricular activity classes in their school premise itself after schooling. For that, they are charging separately. To avoid this, they should practice students in their favourite game for at least two classes per week.

It is necessary that the extra curriculum activities should be made compulsory in school. Because if we do only studies more and more and we do not know which things are going on in our surroundings then it harms our future. As we know that if we want ourselves as a new employee or if we have to work with society in future then definitely we must have knowledge about society. And extra curriculum activities plays very important role in these case. As it increases our confidence, our knowledge, games makes our health good and so on.

Extra curricular activities give chance to express and expression is very important. Long time absence of expression causes suppression. Long time suppression causes normal expression to appear like a reaction. Reaction instead of expression is the root cause of all the introvert students to lose many good opportunities. It is really very important for a student to take part in extra curriculum activities which would develop their Communication skills, team building ability, handling criticism, time management and many more skills.

Yes, I strongly agree with the statement given to us. In India, very few people choose their career in sports, movies, and other non-academic fields. This is because most of our parents don't allow children to choose their career of their choice. Most of us are forced to do engineering and medicine. So if we make extracurricular activities in school the children will find a platform to build their career in the interested field. Thus the government has to make stringent rules and should provide all amenities to achieve this policy.
