Hello everyone.

Yes, definitely such activities must be made compulsory in school. Only academics will never build someone's future, the activities like extracurricular are must for students in school. Academics will only train students but extracurricular activities will build the students. Let's take an example of any great personality, he/she was not one of the toppers of school. Always it is proved in our entire history, to make students better in all aspects such activities should be made as a compulsory part of schoolings, then only we can make students future brighter.

Extra-curricular activities play an important role in someone's childhood. Rather than the things we learn from your book, we should do something that improves our personality and skills. A perfect example is my life. My school only focus on increasing the number of toppers. They didn't support extra activities. In my childhood, I didn't get any opportunity to express my skills, such as in sports or the arts. Such activities will improve students' confidence, leadership, communication, etc and lead to the development of a good personality. So we should support it in schools.

Yes. Of course, I do support with this. Why because, in previous days there was more time to spend for extracurricular activities like sports, dance, etc. But, now the days are changed and the management is focusing more and more only in studies for the sake of their reputation. If only the students get the opportunities to participate in such extracurricular activities students can find relief which in turn leads to their physical and psychological growth and as Thu said, there arise chance to find the more great personalities like Sachin, Latha Mangeshkar, Rajamouli, etc.

Yes, I agree on this topic because extracurricular activities are to be compulsory in school because it's the school which the main root for education along with education school should also provide students with some extracurricular activities. Each and every student must know something apart from studies too, those activities will be helpful for students in their future like communication, mixing up with peoples, will develop team spirit, Development in personality and many more. So each and every school should take this initiative and also inspire students for this.

Hello friends
Well, I'm in favour of extracurricular activities to be made compulsory in school due to these following reasons:
1. These activities develop a cooperative nature in students.
2. Extra curricular activities make students hardworking and punctual.
3. They make them disciplined and develop a team spirit in them.
4. They also develop a competitive nature in students.
5. Extracurricular activities helps in the exposure of students and make them familiar with the whole world.
6. Students can also build a good career in the field of extracurricular activities.

Yes, extracurricular activities are very much needed in school as well as in our society. Through this, children will get to know about their interest, about the platform for which they are made. Someone is good in sport but he chooses B.Tech as his career which is not his cup of tea. He chooses B.Tech because he is not sure about his own interest, but if he was involved in an extracurricular activity in his childhood then he must choose sport as his career. By this example, I think it is clear that how much children needs extracurricular activity in the school.

I am posting my comments.

If I talk of extracurricular activities then it is most important part to develop a child in school as academically one can only learn out some topics but if one in indulging with extracurricular activities then he or she can find an interest in himself or herself as to develop a child from starting then it is necessary to find out the interest of that child because extracurricular activities helps to groom out the personality in a different way. Marks are just a platform to go ahead but inner development is to live the way you want.

Yes, extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in schools. Studying is not the only think that helps you in life. When we set out to live life on our own terms, we face many difficulties that are so very related to what we can learn from extra curricular activities. You learn the importance of time management, team work, mental stability in crunch situations, and most importantly you learn about your limits which is of utmost importance if you are to succeed in life. So, I would prefer co-curricular activities should be made compulsory school.

Hi.

My dear friends me Vijai Singh is very happy to know the views of you all about extracurricular activities.

I to agree. Every parent when they leave their kids in school they choose the school like providing such activities. That's why they took admission of their wards in such school.

My views it should be mandatory in all school whether it is govt or private.

Extracurricular activities develop the brain, cooperation, team spirit, physical stamina with a good education.

It is a bright future for our new generation development.

Thanks to all.
