According to me, yes extracurricular activities should be made compulsory at schools.

Because in a school it is not necessary that all the children are good at their studies, introducing extracurricular activities would give the give the children to discover themselves, these activities would improve the leadership qualities in children and teach them to work in a team, and build a career of their interest.

Thank you.

Hello Friends,

I believe that extra-curricular activities should be made compulsory in school. As it helps to increase our confidence. We come to know the various things besides our syllabus. Also, we get time to move out of our study. Students can raise their confidence through this. Participating in such activities also reduce shyness. In a competitive world, it has become important to be an all-rounder. So that they can survive with rest of the world.

Nowadays, people are going through various problems such as anxiety, stress. So participation in such activities can be helpful. It also adds value in personal improvement.

Yes, extra curricular activities should be made compulsory in school, because of these activities a child can be motivated towards other activities and it will also help to build the confidence which I think is very necessary for the child's future. On the other hand it should also be taken care that extra curricular activities should be given prime importance and neither it should be ignored. This should be done in a balanced way with the academics. Children should also be motivated to take part in such activities.

Dear readers.

My name is Spoorthi,

According to Swami Vivekananda " Education is the manifestation of the perfection all ready in men". Education aims at the all round development of an individual. That is physical, mental, moral, and emotional. So these kinds of all developments are build by the extra curricular activities in the school.

Today the education system produce money earning machines Day by day. There is no value for human behavior. So these extra curricular activities gives good behavior and also competitive mind. Earlier it gives a big platform to the dedicated talents.

So this is more important to joyful childhood life and also creat intellectual personality among the people.

Hi friends.

Students need some other ways to relax and have some good time to rejuvenate the spirits. Students need play as well as studies to have the right balance in life.

Extra curriculum activities provide the students with an opportunity to learn and practice things on a practical level.

Extracurricular activities not only provide a break from routine studies but also help the students to improve their health.

There are many students who don't want to choose the specific subjects to make a career. They find their future careers in the form of extra curriculum activities.

Extra curriculum activities are a way to bind with different people and often enhance the team spirit in the children.

I think that extracurricular activities in school must be made compulsory for students as it not only develop an interest in other fields but also helps a student to reduce his or her stress level.

It is proved in a survey that the students who learn some extra activities too other then academics their stress level is much lesser than the students who just focus on their studies.

Extra-curricular activities also help us to find our interest areas and choose our future career. If student gets encouraged towards sports or other fields from school itself it will help them to choose their future.

Yes, the extra curricular activities are must do in the school because the extra activities are making an extra ordinary student. If there is no do extra activities in school the student becomes only like a good frog.

Yes, extracurricular activities are very much needed in school as well as in our society. Through this, children will get to know about their interest, about the platform for which they are made. Someone is good in sport but he chooses B.Tech as his career which is not his cup of tea. He chooses B.Tech because he is not sure about his own interest, but if he was involved in an extracurricular activity in his childhood then he must choose sport as his career. By this example, I think it is clear that how much children needs extracurricular activity in the school.

Yes, I strongly support. For balanced growth of children, it should be made mandatory to include extra curriculum activity as part of syllabus and marks should be awarded to encourage participation of all students. It helps children to be healthy and live stress full life. It improves concentration on study.
