EQ or IQ

As everyone says that IQ and EQ both should be equally balanced and also said that both are equally important but I prefer EQ than IQ because you can search on internet every entrepreneur who are famous on this time have high EQ than IQ. SO, if you want to work in a team (industry) then you should have high EQ while if you want to go for research like many scienctist then you should have high IQ. Both come in different scinerio don't compare it with each other. These are not complementry of each other these are only time dependent quotient. And these change person to person.

I think that both EQ n IQ are important in one's life. Though they are required at different stages of life but still they are complementary to each other. If one goes missing then the other also looses it's importance. Here I would like to quote a line "A person with high IQ will get through school, a person with high EQ will get through your life".

According to me, to be successful both EQ and IQ are equally important. Depending on the situation we should use our EQ and IQ. For eg- in business when we are taking decisions we should use our IQ, but when we are meeting our partners then we should use our EQ to maintain cordial relations with them. Without EQ we cannot understand ourselves and others also, we cannot maintain friendly relations, we cannot share our thoughts and knowledge with others i.e. a person without EQ is one who is isolated, who is not self-confident, who is not self-aware and who is not happy. Without IQ, we cannot think logically, practically and accurately. IQ is needed for making accurate decisions quickly. IQ helps us to think whether we have made correct decision or not based on our EQ. Thus EQ makes us become socialized and IQ makes us become smart.

EQ is a natural traits that every human being have. It depends upon how someone uses to take right decision at right time. IQ is a bigger concept than EQ where we can do anything smartly by examine proper pro's and cons of any aspect to take necessary decision. That vary from person to person.

Conclusion - both are complement to each other we should both EQ and IQ to reach a desirable goal.

Life success is a result of many factors. Both IQ and EQ undoubtedly play roles in influencing your overall success as well as things such as health, wellness, and happiness.

But moreover, EQ is very key to success because IQ is depends tests your knowledge capacity but EQ is evaluates your human relation capacity in different types of situations. So decision making is possible with EQ.

Finally, EQ is more important than IQ.

There is purely IQ because EQ is nothing but IQ. If a person shows EQ so because of his IQ as IQ teaches about EQ. When a team leader handles his team with EQ so at that time that leader uses his IQ to utilise his EQ/Utility. In other hand, when people show their EQ without using IQ so those people show their stupidity somewhere at that place. For an example: suppose there are two people one is an agent and second is a client and client shows his EQ before the agent for taking more and more concession and agent gives without using his IQ, then what will happen? that agent will bear that loss because of his lack of IQ.

I think that both IQ and EQ have their own importance because we can use them in the right place where they can be used. If a person haven't any kind of EQ then he can't understand the feelings and emotions of others and if he hasn't any kind of IQ then we can't judge his ability to take any right decision it means when he hasn't any kind of intelligence then how he could take the right decision. Well, IQ and EQ both are important for us. IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient and EQ stands for Emotional Quotient. I think they completing each other. EQ is the ability to think, understand and action to do but IQ is Intelligence to think in a higher level reasoning and problem solving. In each person's IQ and EQ are both needed. EQ is long lasting and it shows the attitude of a person, it helps to succed in life on the other hand IQ helps the person to decide logically, practically and also accurately. So, IQ and EQ both are nesessary become a successful man. I think both are common part of our life and if we ignore any one that's not perfect logic.

Well as we know that we all are human and we have one heart and one mind to use for works in your life. So as I think both EQ & IQ is most important parts of our life as we know that but sometimes we required one is more. Like if somebody has died and you met their family then there is the time to work of you EQ because without EQ you can not share those feelings. So EQ is best for that. And if you want to do something for them than your IQ is coming there that what you can do for them like some financial help. Or arrange some jobs/business for them. So the conclusion is that as per me EQ & IQ is a main for human life without one we can not live in our life or we can not enjoy. So both are good for us. It's a part of our life which is using in a different situation by you.
