EQ or IQ

Both EQ and IQ have equal significance, but it matters in context. A scientist or researcher working for innovations and technology should have a dominant IQ rather than EQ, and similarly, Humanitarians, Teachers, Policemen, and any other field function properly with balanced EQ & IQ.

By no means, I said scientists and innovators must only have high IQ, lack of EQ could lead to destruction of humanity and lives, while the core intention is promotion and helping lives and whole prosperity.

An educated person with exceptional talents & skills will undoubtedly have an enormous level of IQ(intelligence quotient).

But surviving and exceeding in one's own field, especially in the case of Business and marketing, understanding the minds of the masses (people) & media, needs a person with well-equipped EQ (Emotional Quotient) as well.

If you're a person who has a bit of IQ and a strong habit of reading people's minds and needs in day-to-day life, you'll interpret it into your market and find a way to better the already existing idea and innovate it, which, if taken into account with a risk.

Will really outwork everyone, and you'll be that guy.

A person with enough IQ and an exceptional EQ has no boundaries in Marketing (digital & business).

My thinking is that IQ and EQ are very important things in a human being, for example, IQ is only knowledge, skill and talent.

We can live in the world without knowledge at all times, so we need EQ also, for example, to control mental and physical emotions and to maintain good relations with anyone. So, IQ and EQ are very important things in the world to be balanced equally.

In my point of view, IQ and EQ should be in a balanced proportion only then we can handle our situations at ease, if we think IQ is more important than eq or vice versa we can have only temporary solutions rather than having a permanent solution.

In my opinion, I would go with both EQ and IQ. Because both are important for us. But I think that EQ is more imoortant then iq cause people should have those qualities that make him speacial. EQ means emotional quotient, which shows a man is emotionally weak. But everyone needs the basic leadership qualities.
So that they can cope with any situation, mentally and physically stable.

But on the other hand, having IQ is also a good quality, but it can't help as much as having EQ. It's just about your intelligence level which never helps you for survivinģ.

EQ and IQ are like parallel lines; they have to go together in parallel.

In a day today lies, we encounter situations given in a family, and I have to go to work and perform a task, so there should be a balance of both EQ and IQ.

We interpret a situation & how to come to a solution towards it, whereas EQ shows us the capability to do it at a certain pace and time.

I believe that IQ and EQ both are the effect with represent a person ability and thinking I believe that IQ is for the logical reasoning and critical thinking this represent a person how he handle the situation and how he can think a professionally but on the other hand EQ represent the person emotional thinking and this aspect is really important in industry because this represent the person how he personally is and how he can handle the things not only logically but also emotionally this built the leadership quality in a person.

I believe that both aspects are important, and together, they collaboratively build a successful person.

On my perspective both IQ and EQ are more important to reach to success.

We can't avoid one of them, if we only stay with IQ, more IQ person able to solve the analytical problem, logical problem, and academic skill but it can be increase by practice.

Whereas EQ is more important to understand emotion, leadership quality comes from the EQ.

That's why we can't say ONE of them are important.

IQ and EQ are the most important aspects of human life because they help a person make good decisions.
Both have positive and negative aspects depending on the situation. If a situation requires more IQ than EQ, you cannot interchange them; doing so could be harmful.
Therefore, it is very important to know where to use each and to maintain a balance between both.

I think IQ defines a person's intelligence, while EQ shows how a person uses their IQ and where to use it, so both of them are important aspects of our lives.
