Hello friends,
I agree with all of your Opinion but from my point of view, we should balance both in our life like salt and sugar we cannot avoid EQ or IQ both are as much as important and related to each other. In our daily life we can see many examples of it, A person who have good hold on emotions can handle any situation easily whether it is in office or in home. For an example a person is frustrated of his work and still he is hardworking to get a promotion from this post and here he is not exploring his frustration to his manager because he knows it will effect him only. Here the person is using his EQ as well as his IQ. Therefore here we can see that EQ and IQ both are important to us in all manner.

EQ and IQ both are important for a man to became successful in life. EQ decides our behaviour towards the situations we face. It is necessary to react accurately according to the situations. It decides our character and forms the basis of our image in the society. It helps to build reputation and impression in the society makes the life easier. On the other hand, IQ is equally important. Actually they are corelated. The success of a person directly depends on the two. IQ decides our intelligence capabilities. We use it in real life to take decisions, in solving the questions and in computations. It gives us the capability to come out from complicated situations.
A man is complete when he has a perfect combination of the two.

Hello, everyone.
According to me, IQ matters the most even though the value of quality education cannot be undermined. Education quality definitely plays an important role in boosting your development trait, personality. But then again, real creativity doesn't require quality education and it can find its way anywhere where student possessing it has the interests in. A creative mind requires knowledge about things which he can get through books and even social media. Take Einstien, Thomas alert edison right brothers for example. Could have they achieved what they had they not blessed with IQ Of cource not.

EQ or IQ both are important for the success of a person in his life. Both are dependent on each other in some ways.
EQ is the quality through which a person can be measured how much he is emotional towards in his decision making process.
IQ in other hand is the relative term for measuring one's mental ability to solve various problem based on logic and reason so IQ can be say better than EQ but we can't ignore the effects of IQ.

I would like to prefer IQ because its natural and little bit you can improve it by your own. Though EQ is also important you can increase your eq with the help of your IQ. So a person with high IQ is more success.

Hello Everyone,
I prefer both EQ and IQ. A good IQ helps to excel in studies. A good EQ can help in dealing with situations. A combination of both will make a person successful in both life and career.
Without having a good hold on emotions, one can not take correct decisions, may get discouraged when faced with failures. A good IQ is required to think beneficially.

Hello everyone,
Do you remember the everlasting debate topic Book Smart or Street Smart? Here all the book smarts will agree to IQ(Intelligence Quotient), which is the number derived from the standardized intelligence test, scores are calculated by dividing the individual's mental age with individuals chronological age multiplied by 100.
IQ represents abilities such as
->Qualitative ability
->visual and spatial processing
->knowledge of the world
->working and short-term memory
->Fluid reasoning
All the street smarts will agree to the emotions intelligence which refers to the person's ability to perceive, control, evaluate and express emotions.
EQ represents abilities such as
-> Identifying emotions.
-> Evaluating how others feel.
-> Controlling one's own emotions.
-> Using emotions to facilitate human intelligence, social communication.
I prefer Emotional intelligence, It is no doubt individuals with high IQ perform well in the studies, accomplish things better but only high intelligence will not guarantee success in life. It is too narrow to fully encompass the wide range of human abilities and knowledge.
Research shows that people with great empathy, leadership potential, initiative, self-confidence show high EQ. They are able to handle situations better than the individuals with high IQ. People with high IQ may perform well in competitive exams but the individuals with high EQ will become Global leaders. Companies now mandate Emotional intelligence training and use EQ as the part of their hiring process.
Thank you.

Hi, friends.
For a person to be successful in his/her life both IQ & EQ are important. But In my view IQ is more important than EQ, because IQ is naturally we can't increase it (except few increment). But we can develop EQ by our daily struggle with different situations, analyzing the situation and by applying our IQ.
