EQ or IQ

As per my point of view, EQ & IQ both are required in a successive personality in this world. Both are having various & different advantages for a working person to handle the different situations during the work. Any one has to work or take a decision using their IQ but keeping EQ to get success. Only EQ is not sufficient for anyone in their lives.

So thats why both are important for us.

I think that IQ should be used in professional and EQ should be used in personal life. Because sometimes using emotion in professional life will make you fool and trust blindly and other which is not good.

Hello, guys! what do I think is that both Eq and Iq have interrelated significance, I mean think about the situation, a person has good IQ but he is not emotionally calm and compose he can not pretty much handle the stressed situation be it exam or any regular activity then what good that IQ is gonna do for him. He is also not confident enough to go out and discuss the problems, he is an introvert, He is also not good at dealing with family problems because in the adverse situation he can not handle his stress level because he is not calm and composed. So, in a nutshell, if we want to make the best use of our IQ then we should be mentally and Emotionally calm and compose, there should be harmony between the both.

I also prefer both EQ and IQ. For an example heart and mind relation, a person don't have heart or mind they wouldn't live in the world. When the person have a EQ then automatically IQ will increase.

According to me, EQ and IQ both are very important it's like two faces of the coin. A person or an individual who has the overall combination of both are the best performers in his life. I agree with all of your Opinion but from my point of view, we should balance both in our life like salt and sugar we cannot avoid EQ or IQ both are as much as important and related to each other. In our daily life we can see many examples of it, A person who have good hold on emotions can handle any situation easily whether it is in office or in home. For an example a person is frustrated of his work and still he is hardworking to get a promotion from this post and here he is not exploring his frustration to his manager because he knows it will effect him only. Here the person is using his EQ as well as his IQ. Therefore here we can see that EQ and IQ both are important to us in all manner.

EQ and IQ both are important for a man to became successful in life. EQ decides our behaviour towards the situations we face. It is necessary to react accurately according to the situations. It decides our character and forms the basis of our image in the society. It helps to build reputation and impression in the society makes the life easier. On the other hand, IQ is equally important. Actually they are corelated. The success of a person directly depends on the two. IQ decides our intelligence capabilities. We use it in real life to take decisions, in solving the questions and in computations. It gives us the capability to come out from complicated situations.

According to me, IQ matters the most even though the value of quality education cannot be undermined. Education quality definitely plays an important role in boosting your development trait, personality. But then again, real creativity doesn't require quality education and it can find its way anywhere where student possessing it has the interests in. A creative mind requires knowledge about things which he can get through books and even social media. Take Einstien, Thomas alert edison right brothers for example. Could have they achieved what they had they not blessed with IQ Of cource not.
