EQ or IQ

I appreciate to my all friends who told lots of thoughts of yours.

Well as we know that we all are human and we have one heart and one mind to use for works in your life. So as I think both EQ & IQ is most important parts of our life as we know that but sometimes we required one is more. Like if somebody has died and you met their family then there is the time to work of you EQ because without EQ you can not share those feelings. So EQ is best for that. And if you want to do something for them than your IQ is coming there that what you can do for them like some financial help. Or arrange some jobs/business for them. So the conclusion is that as per me EQ & IQ is a main for human life without one we can not live in our life or we can not enjoy. So both are good for us. It's a part of our life which is using in a different situation by you.

EQ, because professionals prefer EQ test ultimately to recruite a person rather than IQ. Here where unique people get sorted out.

I preferred both IQ and EQ why because both are linked with human being feelings. We don't say this one was the best, so both take place the vital role in our life.

According to me, both EQ & IQ is necessary to do any job. Suppose there is a task. Given by boss and we do this job with our team. There is a need of both EQ AND IQ to complete the job well. Because it needs both the solving ability and emotional support so I think that both are necessary, thank you.

I think both IQ-EQ are important in our daily life. With IQ we can solve any theoretical problems in our life like maths or any puzzle. And EQ helps us to solve any emotional problems in our life. Nowadays most of the companies want a person who has both EQ and IQ. Because they have to work in teams and also have to do a smart work too. For teamwork he/she needs EQ and for smart work, he/she needs enough IQ. That is why in today's lifestyle EQ and IQ both are needed.

Well, EQ and IQ according to my knowledge these both are important to our life both personally and to our carrier side but comparatively I go with IQ Because We can't use EQ in all situations where we face problems in Such cases we should use our IQ to come over those problems.

On my point of view we cannot use EQ in business we should use our IQ to develop our business in conclusion EQ is Needed With the Join Hands oF IQ.

EQ and IQ both of are like side of coin. In an office work you need to have EQ as well as IQ. EQ will help you to understand the situation and IQ will help you to understand the work properly to take any decision. To make own self a good leader you need both.

My view is the level of EQ must be higher than IQ levels. Anyone can gain IQ levels through self-learning or refer some resources where we find less interaction with one another but in the case of EQ, it can't be gained from any books or anything else it should be practiced through experience which reveals that interaction is necessary. And the thing we need is proper interaction because unless one have pretty EQ levels a person cannot lead a good role in one's profession as the basement in every profession is to know what others want from the other. Understanding the problem statement in a crystal clear way gives effective output.

I think EQ and IQ both are important. But I prefer most EQ because if have IQ but not have EQ then you can't get success your carrier. With IQ you can get good percentage but can't get a good job and skill.
