EQ or IQ

Both are different sides of the same coin.

IQ is matter of head while EQ is a matter of heart.

One takes care of professional world and other one is more for your personal.

All of our contestants well said about EQ and IQ, here I would like to add few points. In my opinion, EQ is more vital than IQ because the trait, which connects us from society is EQ Definitely IQ succors us tackling logical and brainstorming riddles but EQ initiates the process to involve ourselves with our colleagues which help to take organization's goal to a new height. So in my sight, EQ is dominant over IQ.

My view is the level of EQ must be higher than IQ levels. Anyone can gain IQ levels through self-learning or refer some resources where we find less interaction with one another but in the case of EQ, it can't be gained from any books or anything else it should be practiced through experience which reveals that interaction is necessary. And the thing we need is proper interaction because unless one have pretty EQ levels a person cannot lead a good role in one's profession as the basement in every profession is to know what others want from the other. Understanding the problem statement in a crystal clear way gives effective output.

I think both EQ and IQ are quintessential in our life. IQ makes a man think logically. EQ makes him to think according to his emotions. Both EQ and IQ must be balanced in life. One must take decisions logically by considering the emotions of the people.

Both EQ and IQ is required in our life but Your IQ should be more than your EQ because sometimes with the help of your IQ you can decide that which EQ is good at which condition.

I think IQ is more important than EQ. Emotions are the biggest barrier to decision-making ability. If we think about what others say and starts taking into consideration of others opinion, we get messed up and hence lacks decision taking ability. Look we are living in the world where everything changes in an instant so we need someone who is confident of themselves and not get carried away in emotion. Hence I would prefer IQ over EQ.

In many situations we require both EQ and IQ, if anyone has higher IQ but not has EQ, then he or she can't handle situations in life. Hence for neat survival of life we Require both equally. EQ=IQ.

I just want to share my thoughts on EQ or IQ.

Actually, everyone has different perception while judging someone, maybe it can either be an emotional decision or intellectual decision. In spite of having a sharp intelligence mind (IQ level), we can't take a proper decision because everything can't deal with our logic. Sometimes we have to deal our problem from our depth of feeling, emotions. So we've to keep in mind, a good human being needs a strong EQ & a sharp IQ.
