EQ or IQ

Both EQ and IQ have equal significance, but it matters in context. A scientist or researcher working for innovations and technology should have a dominant IQ rather than EQ, and similarly, Humanitarians, Teachers, Policemen, and any other field function properly with balanced EQ & IQ.

By no means, I said scientists and innovators must only have high IQ, lack of EQ could lead to destruction of humanity and lives, while the core intention is promotion and helping lives and whole prosperity.

EQ and IQ are like parallel lines; they have to go together in parallel.

In a day today lies, we encounter situations given in a family, and I have to go to work and perform a task, so there should be a balance of both EQ and IQ.

We interpret a situation & how to come to a solution towards it, whereas EQ shows us the capability to do it at a certain pace and time.

On my perspective both IQ and EQ are more important to reach to success.

We can't avoid one of them, if we only stay with IQ, more IQ person able to solve the analytical problem, logical problem, and academic skill but it can be increase by practice.

Whereas EQ is more important to understand emotion, leadership quality comes from the EQ.

That's why we can't say ONE of them are important.
