EQ or IQ

Hello everyone.

I am Novaraj.

My thinking is that IQ and EQ are very important things in a human being, for example, IQ is only knowledge, skill and talent.

We can live in the world without knowledge at all times, so we need EQ also, for example, to control mental and physical emotions and to maintain good relations with anyone. So, IQ and EQ are very important things in the world to be balanced equally.

On my perspective both IQ and EQ are more important to reach to success.

We can't avoid one of them, if we only stay with IQ, more IQ person able to solve the analytical problem, logical problem, and academic skill but it can be increase by practice.

Whereas EQ is more important to understand emotion, leadership quality comes from the EQ.

That's why we can't say ONE of them are important.

Both EQ and IQ have equal significance, but it matters in context. A scientist or researcher working for innovations and technology should have a dominant IQ rather than EQ, and similarly, Humanitarians, Teachers, Policemen, and any other field function properly with balanced EQ & IQ.

By no means, I said scientists and innovators must only have high IQ, lack of EQ could lead to destruction of humanity and lives, while the core intention is promotion and helping lives and whole prosperity.
