Effects of Television on Youth

TV is best but bad also because TV is best for this time if we can see the News or other comedy shows and bad if we use to see the bad advertisement.

My point of view, watching television is necessary for all people, nowadays many programmes are telecasting. Whatever it may be they take positive or negative impact is dependent upon on their an attitude and mind sets.

Television means "far vision". By utilizing television in a proper manner we can grasp many things which are happening around the world. We can learn many languages by watching TV. We can improve our speaking skills. We have knowledge on different places all around the world. Many of the students are unemployed and they can apply for many jobs that are advertised on the TV.

I think in today's world we are addicted towards television but to take a stand whether the television is creating a negative or positive impact on the youth it totally depends on how we use the television.

If a person watches news then he is updating his current affairs and can also enlarge his knowledge by watching the channel which adds value to his thought process then at that time television is creating a positive impact on that person.

On the other hand if he/she is watching the program or anything which did not suit his or her age at that time the television is creating a negative impact on that person.

Hence its parents who should mould the child so that the television should create a positive impact on their child's life.

Most of our colleagues said that television is 50% good and 50% bad because this is my conclusion on this topic and our discussion.

Television media have both negative and positive. News media are very powerful in showing the correctness. But, entertaining elements decreases the precious time of youth.

Television will Effect good as well as bad way. Let us take the example If anyone is tensed with their work and they want to keep their mind relax, For Entertainment they can watch Cartoons and some TV serials, news etc. It fresh ups the mind of the people. But the television also gives the bad impression to the peoples. Example not needed, As you, all know what is the present situation. So it's your wish to watch Television or not.

There are two aspects of everything. That are.

1: Optimistic.
2: Pessimistic.

In the case of television, It is a device of Entertainment, we enjoy with many channels, most of the children's favorite channel is Cartoon. Peoples entertain but many times it gives bad impact.

Eg: During the children's exam they are habitual of TV it may give bad affect. They do not focus on the exam.

As every coin has 2 sides, similarly every technology has a good and bad effect. It depends on how we choose to either benefit our-self or harm. In my opinion, TV has many positive sides. It brings awareness to the public and a good medium of communication to mass. Except for news there are various reality shows, talent hunts which provide exposure to the talent present in the nation. So I find it good.

Television is the best source of time pass. It is good and bad also, Bad. Because, it affects on children's eyes.

So, in my opinion television is good and bad also.
