Ecological protection should have a higher priority than Economic growth as economic growth at a higher pace might help the country to build smart cities, advanced technology at the cost of environment and its protection. It might benefit the country by increasing its economy but in the long run, it will surely affect it by creating an imbalance in nature. So, I think there should be economic growth but a measurable pace by using resources and preserving nature side by side so to have a clean air and water.

The earth doesn't belong to us, we belong to the earth. How can we dwell out ecology for our materialistic happiness? No this shouldn't happen! unless our nature around us is safe and clean we can stay still more years on this earth. Firstly human should get out of fantasies and put end to their immense love on the materialistic world. Nature is the mother of every spirit here! Indeed at the start of the human race, nature nurtured man and learned him how to survive. But what's going on, he destroyed the ecology around at the cost of his unnecessary wishes and everlasting wants. Yes! we do require economic growth but it has a limit. In earlier days, there weren't any computers, TV's, Automatic machines, spicy foods, AC restaurants, still they are people who are happy and there are people who are anxious about inventing and tried to unfold many nature secrets who made us move from spirituality. Poaching elephants for ivory, leather tanning, hazardous industries. A Lot more which taking away ecological protection. Really do we need an automatic washing machine. We don't but we do! People in earlier days were very strong enough to do their work and lived long healthy life. There is no end to man's inventions and his rational ideas. Now it doesn't happen suddenly or eventually to bring out gone prosperity of ecology but we have to take care out whats left out. I would like to finally conclude that until how much nature accepts to give its treasure, take it and use it and don't go beyond! keep green, stay safe.

Hello, friends, in my opinion, Ecological protection is more important than economic growth. We all know that our country is not developed as compared to some other country like USA or Japan etc. So I agree that our country needs growth in economic. But 1st of all environmental protection is very important. We should keep the environment clean to live happily for a longer time. We get our food. Oxygen. Water all from nature. So environment protection is the 1st responsibility of all people.

Thank you.

In my opinion, ecological production is more important than economical growth. Because we can create the more number of technical and economic asset with the use of natural assets but ecological growth can't created by these technology and economics. Economics and technology created by humans, that humans are created by the nature. In this is conclude the nature is more powerful assets compared to all other activities created by humans.

Hi everyone,

According to me Ecological Protection is more Important than Economic Growth.

As Chanakya Said "As you will be near to nature, You will as closer to God (Energy). ", and as we are aiming for Materialistic world through Industrialization and all with the cost of Economical Imbalance and we can see now its effects on our weather and summer, monsoon and winter imbalance.

We are from Nature, Nature is not from Us.
We have no such Right to disturb Nature for our will.
If we see at global then,

People only wants Happiness and where they will find ? Obvi. At Natural Places.

Urban people will always looking for to go at Natural places in vacation and rural people have never aimed to visit an industry in city or else.

At the End,

Please try to Understand How people where living in Olden Days with the Care of Ecological balance.

Economic growth is vital but it should be with the help of sustainable technology. A technology which can lead us to a safer environment. Continuous practice must be made so as to create technology which will not disturb the ecological balance thus serving both.

Economic progress of a country is the most important aspect of any progressive nation. Developing countries like our own are devising number of ways to boost its economy. Though economic growth is of utmost importance yet in the vogue of economic development ecology cannot be ignored altogether. Both these things go hand in hand for the betterment of a healthy and progressive nation. If the ecological balance is disturbed by carrying on hazardous economic activities it will cause a havoc in the environment.

These two things are two faces of the same coin, one could not work without the other. The need of the hour is to evolve such economic friendly schemes which will boost the overall development of a nation at every level. Strict laws should be made for the offenders and the present laws should be implemented and amended accordingly.

It is important to keep a balance in ecology because otherwise the whole human race would be in danger.

Economic growth and ecological growth both are the crucial aspects of the economy of any country. If we are talking about the economy this is related about standard of of people lives in or the trading aspects which is very important to be improved for the betterment of any country.

But when when we do the comparison of both the aspects then we should have to be more focused on ecological growth Because if we are alive then only we should do rest Things. So there is a need better environment for our long living Life.

I refute the statement that economic growth is more important than ecological protection. Although both are important, ecological protection is far more significant and crucial than economic growth. Protection of ecology is analogous to the protection of our own existence. The Mother Earth is ailing as a result of destruction and imbalance caused by the human beings. The earth has enough to satisfy everyone's needs but not anyone's greed. The need of ecological protection should be felt by each and every person on this planet. As far as economic growth is concerned, economic growth is just an approximate. A high economic growth does not mean welfare of the people. It is more related to increase in output. There is a trade-off between economic growth and ecological protection as more economic growth would also mean deterioration of the environment. A proper balance needs to be maintained so that economic growth is not at the cost of ecological degradation.

Every country is ranked on the basis of its economic status, it's ecological property etc. But which one should be given a preference to another? In my opinion, ecological growth should be a more dominating factor.

Every nation is made of its people, however, the Mother nature and its participants cannot be overlooked- the wildlife, the forests and other natural resources. They have been playing an indispensable role in maintaining equilibrium and allowing us to survive.

Secondly, some of our ecological resources serve as renewable sources of energy- for example, the Tehri Dam in Uttarakhand, which is responsible for providing a large amount of electricity to various states. It itself contributes to the economic growth of our nation.

Moreover, I also feel that having a good ecological diversity near country borders can be an effective shield against terrorists who have a major hand in ruining the economic growth of a country.

Economic growth is a superficial criterion, if there is no ecological protection, there would be an ecological imbalance, and hence a peril to human civilization. When there is no human civilization, how can there be an economic growth?

In fact, I must say that economic growth depends on ecological protection, a hence the latter must be given a higher priority.
