I agree with all but according to me women are good manager because they always think profit and loss before starting any work so they can manage any task in good manner but man never think before starting any work so women is the best in work.

I am agree with all points but according to my point of view women are best managers because they balance their life with parents as well as organisation also In both places she showed their talent in a similar manner and she balanced it.

As per me my opinion it is baseless to compare man and woman for a post. Managerial responsibility requires talent, good understanding, managing skills, communication skill. If any person either man or woman has these characteristics he or she can be a good manager.
In short those who possess managerial quality they can be a good manager.
Although I agree that there are more men managers than women and the reason is our society attitude towards women. Women are understood as homemaker only and not allowed to live their dreams. If we give opportunity and treat everybody equally without any gender discrimination then women will show their talent in every field and can shoulder all responsibility as men do.
In short those who possess managerial quality they can be a good manager.
Although I agree that there are more men managers than women and the reason is our society attitude towards women. Women are understood as homemaker only and not allowed to live their dreams. If we give opportunity and treat everybody equally without any gender discrimination then women will show their talent in every field and can shoulder all responsibility as men do.

In my point of view before achieving any position, women's have to become mentally strong because our women's are very emotional, they become very emotional when she take a strong decision.

In my point of view, skills of a person don't depend on gender. Everybody has the same potential, the same mind it matter how they use it. So by working hard, doing regular work and keeping an eye on goal than everybody can become a good manager.

Basically, it has become a fashion to support their gender, to prove that their gender is superior, without thinking the actual case.
Still in many parts of India, male dominance exists. If women are provided a chance to prove themselves, they will definitely excel.
To make good managers, gender doesn't play a big game, but the actual willpower and efficiency does.
As we generally see, men are in the higher positions of almost all organisation. Now, the scenario is getting changed, women are placing themselves in those positions.
