It is very big difference between managing home n company. Women is sensitive and getting easily emotional. Only few example of women listed out above. What about others. Not one said. My view is that women is only homemaker.

Government gives 33 percent reservation but conditions of women till now is same, who is responsible only women because they feel they are only home maker. In Rajasthan, Punjab, Asama, Haryana, Jammu kashmir the % of women in corporate sector is quite low.

I do think that managerial positions cannot be justified by gender difference. It all depends on the grasping ability of the persons to learn things, to have an effective communication in the work place, to have presence and dedication towards the post with a vision to lead the people to the organizational goals.

Should posses leadership qualities to manage people and environment surrounding him/her. Its totally baseless to say that gender differences is the main reason for a good manager.

My opinion was Men only make good managers, but it was proved wrong already if we take examples of Indira Gandhi, Pepsico CEO Indira Nooyi, ICICI CEO Chanda Kochar. They were and are hold good positions and proved themselves. Management doesn't available in books. It came with outside knowledge, So I thought men only can do it better, but now a days system has changed women also having equal IQ as men, so women also can do it better.

We can also take example of Jayalalita who has developed Tamil Nadu better than any male chief minister of Tamil Nadu. Now it is the most urbanized state in south India. So women are managing better than now a days.

I think that women is better manager because she does a lot of all work morning to till the sleep. Man can't do all work till the sleep. Man can't do work at home. If I talk about out of house work so women is also keep passing with man. Woman are also giving her service in military, hospitality, politics, film industries, banks, school, colleges, many private and govt companies. And they are also doing work at home. They are going ahead. I think that women is better manager.

Good evening friends.

Yes I do believe that women can make up a good manager but it is totally inappropriate to make such gender distinctions. A person having good knowledge, creativity, ability to manage people and also can evolve them altogether to achieve a prominent goal for the organization then he/she can be a good manager. In this context yes I truly believe that women can be a good managers because this is proved day and day out by the women we are surrounded with, it can be our mother, grandmother anyone.

WOMEN do possess this multitasking attitude in them from the ancient times. We are surrounded by some famous examples of leading ladies like Arundhati Bhattacharya the first chairperson of the STATE BANK OF INDIA, Chanda Kochhar the CEO of ICICI bank, Meira Kumar the first women speaker of Lok Sabha and the last but not the least Pratibhatai Patil the first women president of the independant INDIA. So I feel if a WOMEN CAN MANAGE A COUNTRY THAN WHY NOT A COMPANY AND BUSINESS?

I partially agree with all. But according to me women are good manager because they always think profit and loss before starting any work so they can manage any task in good manner but man never think before starting any work.

All I'm asking is that if women's are so talented, then why are they so outnumbered in that aspect, i.e. only 2% as CEO's and CMD's, and 20% in top managerial position, please someone enlighten me, and don't say its because of male dominance, because its the law of nature that the fittest dominate, so all you will be saying is that men are better.

And if you are about to say that its because they didn't get a chance, well I have got news for you, you never will, chances never come to you, you have to go to them. And when you say of names like Indira Gandhi, Indira Nooyi, Chanda Kochar, Pratibhatai Patil, Meira Kumar, Arundhati Bhattacharya, you can even compare those name with what I have to say, name that even you will agree with I'm not saying that women are bad managers, all I'm saying is that men make a better one.

I think women be a good manager because she has more thinking power than man like when she any work she thinks before about that work than men and also she manage her home and if women have good knowledge, talented n also have to manage then it can be a good manager.

And we have so example like Indira Gandhi -she was the first woman prime minister of India, Pratibha Patel, Mother Teresa, Arundhati Roy.
