Do Women make Good Managers?

Yeah, women are better managers than man, because a woman is the one who bears a child, look after her child and also manage a family which is not an easy job to do. For a man, they are the earners of their family. So he may not know how difficult to manage a family, as his prime job is to earn. So I think a woman may be a good manager in all the fields.

Well, According to me, men are good managers than women because they do have potential to highly risk and one point I realized that women are multitasking, not a good manager.

In my point of view, women's are the best managership of all jobs because she is working hard with offices and individuals.

I think that man is best manager in view of industrial and office because they are very hard worker and physically fitness and learning eligibility is higher.

Similarly women do not do hard work in industry and official sight.

Men and Women both can make good managers because how a boy will manage like a girl can manage. In this generations, we can see that many girls are managing their home and their office. If in a house there a child so that child's mom has to manage her child and also her home. So if she can manage this side so she can manage her office also like a boy. So I think that if we will say that girl can't make good managers so we are insulting the girls.
