Do Women make Good Managers?

Hi friends, In my opinion, women make Good managers. Nowadays women are coming front in all the field and sector.

And they are leading the world for example like MOTHERTERESA, KIRANBADDI. So in my opinion women make good manager in any sectors.

Yes, women make good managers. We can see the live example at our homes where our mom manages everything so nicely and works from morning to night. There are some working women who work at home and at offices also and manages both places nicely. So women can manage in better way as compared to men.

Look at Yahoo, Lehman Brothers, HP, etc. See what happens when leadership is given based on gender.

Women, in general, don't make good managers as men. Most people here are saying that women have good patience, well then they are not living in reality. Women are also not good risk takers, they always play the game safely & traditionally. This hampers the growth of any company. Without taking big risks no company can be successful in the long run.

Women are multitaskers is also a myth. Today working women don't know how to cook, take care of their children or elders but what they are interested is in partying, outing & boozing office culture.

Now I'm expecting a radical feminist backlash.

Please don't stereotype here. Gender should not be the deciding factor. Most people will support women because patriarchy favors women.

Hi guys, in my point of view women's are good managers than men's because women's have a good communication skill.

As per my concern gender is not important if somebody doing his or her work according to consistently, patiently, hardly.

Women are good to tackle the problems and servive at any situation where are they occure.

Each and every person is judge by their work and knowledge what he/she can do and does it upto you.

Generally, we can not say on the basis of gender. Good manager has skill that can be in both of men and female.

For an example. Shekhar V Sharma is managing good in venture.

In other hands, we had an example of Jaylaitha and look at Anita Ambani.

So it may any good manger not basis of gender.

Yes, women are good managers. The reason is they have strong Tolerance enduring capacity.

And also they take better decisions even in critical times.

So in my point of view, women are greatly talented for working as a manager.

Yes, ofcourse women are the best manager in this world. Because they have all the qualities of managing like courage, Patience, responsibility, understanding etc but we are able to see which things are not find boys.

Hi everyone. In my point of view, both men & women are good managers. This is depending on us.

Suppose we have to take a situation in a family if they have any problem both have equal priority to solve the problem. In that immediately who responded the situation & who think firstly how we have to overcome the problem that depends upon their understanding & commitment.
