Yes, we really need smart cities.
Smart city means 24 power supply & all things that we buy at our city. But at some places, there is no water facility and 24 hours power supply we have to develop that. Once we develop our villages there would be developed smart City so we need smart cities but not now after 5-6 years.

Yes, we need smart cities as urbanization is increasing day by day and by 2050 70percent of Indian population will be urban so cities have to prepare for such a huge change and by providing good infrastructure drainage system roads electricity supply water supply waste management we are preparing our cities for future.

I think first we should think about our rural areas where people's doesn't get their basic necessities. First we should make our village smart. And one more thing that government Already has done many things in the city so, I think citizens should be aware of them. Because many people don't know about lots of things.

Hi, I would suggest that India needs smart cities and many countries in the world have smart cities. What can't we just have few smart cities? Smart cities have ecological power, fresh air, Better transport which helps in development of industries. We need smart cities to get smarter and Globally Competitive. Thanks.

In my Opinion, yes, we need smart city, smart city means advanced technology, improvement in leaving standard, changes in leaving style of the people, in short it reduce the time and human effort, if we have smart cities it also contributes to economic development as well, so I think it is required more as possible.

According to my opinion, a smart city is not needed because first our the country is needed to develop in rural areas. There are not having a hospital, school, college proper road to connect the rural people to urban people. The First government provides some facility to rural people than after we need smart cities.

We need smart cities but most of our citizens are unaware of a smart city. First, everyone must be aware of it by proper way of knowledge and education. Science and Technology must keep on growing for the development of human. If, by the use of smart city ever Indian can get knowledge then it's needed.

As per my opinion, a country or a nation is really called developed in that scenario that particular country is able to fill every stomach of a citizen including rich and poor providing them peaceful lives that's is what we call a smart and efficient county not only a city entire country called as a smart country.

Smart cities are the cities which are developed in terms of human capital, Infrastructure, technology, socially. From my point of view yes definitely we need smart cities but before that we need to be crime free, be open minded because with problems we can't be perfect so base need to be strong.

Hi everyone,
We don't need any smart cities till, we haven't smart brain. Because in our country there is crime rate day by day increasing. We can't stop on child abusing, rape, murdered, chain snatching etc. Then how can we make smart city. If we talk about India, so there is no. Of issues related with women.
