Do we really need Smart Cities?

Hello everyone,

If we need to make India great and develop nation we need to work on the root of problems face by us.

According to me instead of working on a surface level, we need to find the root of the problem and smart cities are not a root of the problem. It's just wasting of huge money on a very small part which will never lead us.

But if we focus on the root of problems like if government provide employment to needy people, try to develop undeveloped rural areas, try to sort out problems of farmers who are the backbone of our country then India will definitely grow up. So final conclusion is we need to work on roots of the problem instead of surface level problems like making smart cities.

Yes, we need a smart City in over the country. But we not only focus on the city but also focus on village/ rural areas.

Firstly we can change a city into a smart City along with we should a village also change into a city.

All we know is that education is the most powerful weapon in the world so we should provide proper education to children about smart City and smart life.

All we know is that every coin has both sides like prons and cons equally.

So there are many cons to smart City,

When we need to establish a smart City then we will cut many trees.

That is very harmful to over environment.

At last, I would like to say that we really need a smart City but its side effects should be counted and followed it.

As per my opinion, Smart city is Necessary for the nation or not?

I say it's necessary for us. Because we know that in our house we can't decorate all the rooms equally. But we decorated our rooms as per priority of room.

Eg:

We spend more money on our Hall.

And Less money for bedroom.

We know that every guest Firstly visits our hall So, we spend more on that same concept is Here,

We know every educated citizen choose the luxurious lifestyle.
I am not against rural area and citizens.
But before developing the Smart city.
First, provide a safe environment.
And all daily needs first.
As. Education, food, water and all that thinks.
And then thought about smart city.

This is Ajay Kumar, today my topic does we really need the smart city, I think in my point of view we need smart cities with smart villages because development will not only take place due to the smart city only but it also depends upon rural or villages areas. A smart city includes a good facility of education, a better health care system, a proper supply of electricity and a good waste treatment system. If all happens to the cities and 50 percent of that to the villages also then development will take place at a fast rate and our country will become a developed country. So, we need to make smart both city as well as rural areas.

We need smart city as well tree plantation. In universal many people's want to become a smart but they are forgetting about our environment pollution.

As per my opinion, we want Smart city but we need to the significant out environment. As compare to other country's they are much smarter.

I giving an example which will give you more clarity to understand,

USA and China to contact. Where the USA is simply smart city, but China is not why because in China more pollution is there and population also more they are not the significant environment, I mean this type city is no useful smart city.

I would like to say the smart city is very useful for us but we care about feature purpose.

Dear friends smart City mission started by our government in 2015. And in this mission make India's city smart. And a really smart City is very beneficial for us. On the one side, It gives many facilities like transportation facilities, hospital facilities, education facilities, and many more.

On the other side, it is harmful to the environment because when we establish a smart City then we will cut down trees. Smart Cities are not made for poor people because they do have not too much money to live in smart cities.

So, the topic is basically about the need of smart cities. The concept of smart cities is basically derived from Japan and launched in India on 25 June 2015, which basically strives to renovate 100 smart cities (now revised to 109) in India. According to me, it is a very good initiative as it will provide a better quality of life by giving better communication technology and better transportation services. Now to cope up with the rapidly changing world we need to change ourselves by taking certain initiatives like this smart city mission. Now it depends on its implementations. However, not only government is responsible, we citizens to need to change our mindset and cooperate with them.

Smart cities are very much needed in a country for the overall development of a country. But for that, it is important to optimise the perception of people in that area towards society, humanity, education, and other social issues. More importantly, it is the duty the government to look to the prevailing issues of a particular area like infrastructure facilities of hospitals, schools, colleges, roads, bridges, agricultural farms with farmers, etc. Morover, building a smart city doesn't only refer to better connectivity between people by either roads or internet facility, but also changing the mindset of people living there towards women safety and empowerment.

That is purely my opinion.

According to me, yes we NEED smart cities just not because other countries are developed. As we are a developing country. We are on a way to develop our country. It will give a good infrastructure, hygiene, cleanliness, and most important a good transportation. In any developing country, the transportation is the most important part of developing any country. As there will be a good transportation the cost of the product will decrease the transportation cost will decreases by having a good road facility. As India is a diverse country and if we have a good infrastructure and hospitality their will more tourist to visit India. And it will be good for our economy also for more development.

According to my opinion, yes we definitely need smart, but first, we must know that what is actually smart city, smart city mean's who contain all new technology with less consuming time as well as money. This city contains whole people must be educated & whose most mind set is smart. It is very useful if our government startup this smart city project from villages because actually the village guys are really intelligent but they haven't got any golden opportunity to present themselves in front of world hence they can't do anything. Hence I wish that government start their idea of smart city from villages. Then automatically it becomes smart village to smart city.
