Digital India is benefiting all the public who are aware of it and also benefiting the government of India.

All the public who have access to the cellphone and internet can now transact anytime anywhere to anyone.

Linking Adhaar is simplifying the process of providing various government schemes to the consumer directly without involvement of the third party making it a direct government to public contact. Students, youth, businessmen are mostly benefited under digital India.

Government is benefited as there is reduction in cash circulation in the market and there is more money in the system.

Bhim, google pay, paytm and other applications have simplified the transaction process and and may be doing more as it is a continous process.

And I think may be there a disadvantage of it but there is a problem in handling it.

As the major concern comes 1st is data privacy and security.

2nd is hacking.

India is a huge market of data consumption so there need to be a proper secure data storage and so problems need to be curved in interest of the public.

Digital India idea taken by the prime minister Narendra Modi is a very good step. As we are living in the 21st century and techno- savy generation we need to be equipped with digital knowledge. This generation people use the internet, phone, do net banking and due to the internet, they can do online shopping everything can be done online and verified. Due to the concept of digital India, we can get rid of the black money, there will be total transparency in the transaction and so on. Bt rural people are not benefitted with this idea due to the fact that they don't have any knowledge regarding the internet and online transaction. They need to be taught all such things.

Hi, everyone.

Every topic/section have two-part that is positive or negative so there is also both. So, I want to say that digital India is good/benefited for particularly selected sectors like, getting the information as we want, online payments like e-commerce, e-business, all type of tickets payments, but not for money transfers to one place to another one account to other account because somewhere we are at risk of lost money. We should do it manually, according to banking procedures.

1. Fraud.
2. increasing compliance.
3. most people's are confused because of more online payments features are there.
4. additional charges and minimum balance requirements from every bank.
5. many times online payments are stopped in a Middleware of transaction and after sometimes, this transaction will be cancelled and money also deducted from your account.

So, these are the major issues in online money transfer.

Thank you.

DIGITAL INDIA, it's not a world it's a dream, I have a question can India be a digital India, my opinion yes of course, why not but, Is this now important for us and for our country?, "No " first India government focus upon our basic needs, is our basic needs are fulfilled? If no! Then what is d use of digitalization. Rural areas peoples are now also free from basic needs, India is not only for metropolitians area it is d combination of both rural and city, then what is d use of only focus on city not in village, village people even don't know the meaning of digital then how can they will be contribute? First, basic needs, Education, Health, Hospital etc. After that it can be a better decision thinking about digitalization, anyway, something is better than nothing, we should appreciate this but the first priority should be this.

Thanks, everyone this is my first attempt for GD.

Digitalisation is a good approach for citizens of our country.

Digital India initiative by the PM, was well received by many top tech companies in Silicon Valley. Mark Zuckerberg's Facebook has invested in providing Internet to rural areas. Similarly, Google has created a new initiative of providing Internet access at railway stations across the country. We all must have read about the recent article on Newspaper that a railway worker had cracked a civil service exam, just by watching videos on YouTube. Many VC funds have invested in Indian startups, which encourages the Indian youth to pursue the Entrepreneurial path, which in turn creates more job opportunities for other Indians.

1. It reduces time and standing in a long queue.
2. One can book a ticket online by apps like irctc and uts.
3. Transparency and monitors black money.
4. As today nearly 65% of people have access to the internet so it becomes easy for transferring money by e-services provided by all banks instead of going to bank or atm.
5. It helps to save the environment By saving paper.
6. It is very useful for students who are unable to buy costly books.

But it has one demerit its easy for hackers if awareness among masses about cybercrime is not sufficient but conventional robbery and theft reduces.

Digital India totally starts a different phase in our lifes by making everything go cashless. Nowadays, we do not have to carry fat wallets, if we need a huge amount of money, we just need a smartphone and internet connection in it. In today's time, transactions are only one click away.

Yes, there is threat of hackers, but companies are continuosly working to make it more and more secure. This game depends on trust, so we have to trust on these services. People should also be educated to be aware of thugs and online frauds.

If we see it from a different angle or from a negative point of view, it made us lazy and a bit slower in our lifes, as nowadays we can get anything even without moving our body from our sofa, we can get food, we can get new clothes and stuffs, etc. And this also without paying anything in cash, so you don't even need to go to the safety locker.

Again something positive is that, it made transportation very easy, as we can book or rent a car, if we want to go somewhere by which the need of vehicles decreases, which surely helps in decreasing air pollution and saving the environment.

Digital India, needs a good support from the public to work in proper and in an efficient manner.

Digitalisation is the process of converting data into digital format. It reduces time and space occupied for documents.

Our PM Narendra Modi has started this Big initiative, like storing person's details in 12 digit which is AADHAR and replacing the ration card into the smart card. From future onwards people can buy ration products from anywhere within India, It is mainly useful for rural people and below poverty people.

Digital India has attracted many businessmen and youth entrepreneur.

Our time to wait in the bank is reduced because almost everybody has internet-accessible gadgets like mobile, laptop etc.

In every initiative, it has good and bad within it. But our point of view is focused on how to utilize it wisely.

Hello everyone.

In this pandemic situation, every citizen of India is facing lot of problems like Jobs, unemployment, GDP rate, etc.

But this digitalization concept has lots of benefits, some are;

1) Education sector: by using different platforms like zoom, google meet students can do study at their home without issue. However numerous students are also facing eyesight problems because they have to sit in front of the laptop for several hours. But most of the students are used to do this.

2) Banking sector: if you look at 10 years back without digital India you have to go in a queue for a long time if you want to credit some amount in the bank, but right now conditions are different, by one click you can send currency anywhere in the world.

3) Information broadcasting: By the digital India concept you can get any type of information by using Google, YouTube.

4) Social media: Social media platform right now so much active because of that you can connect anywhere in the world. Etc etc.

Hello everyone, my name is Mohammed Shafin and I would like to share my views on the topic we are discussing here.

We all know that the extent of digitalization shows the extent of development of a country. India is doing exceptionally well in the digital sector which in turn is making the lives of people easier. I would like to pinpoint certain benefits:

1. Banking became very easy.
2. Online education helped many students to get quality education at low price.
3. Able to buy or sell goods easily from home.
4. Interviews are now happening from home and work from home is now becoming a hobby type thing.
5. Electric vehicles are slowly coming in Indian markets helping in reducing pollution in our country.
6. Digitalization is helping various in starting their own business.

There are many more benefits of this campaign however this campaign is able to help only those who are already privileged. The purpose of this campaign was to use modern tech for every citizen of our country in a meaningful manner. With a great population of 130 crores there are some who are able to avail the benefits listed above but there are also many who are lacking the digital experience.

Directly it making our lives easier by giving us relief from the hectic stress we used to have in the pre-digital era but indirectly it is also creating problems for the poor.

Due to unequal distribution of resources in our country privileged ones are able to fetch the most of it however poorer section is unable to avail it.

Although it's a great initiative but its not much fairer according to me.

Digital India has many merits and demerits according in its own ways, digital India will help the economy of India to grow in a progressive way including the implementation of new and advanced technology and also helps to advance the country and achieve greater power in both the economy and the intellectual advancement.

As we all know not everything that benefits us in a fruitful way there are also some disadvantages of digital India as you see the youth is using it in a malicious way which is leading the country to degrade resulting in the degeneration of the upcoming youth of our country which includes the commitment of several crimes through digital ways.

Digitalization can be concluded as a boon as well as a curse depending on the individual mindset and intellect of the person.
