Digital India- the word itself describes the positive innovation done by the Indian government. Digital India helps us in many ways as we are in 21st century, we are so busy in our professional life that we don't get time for paying our bills, EMI etc, by using digitization we can pay our bills and do other transactions smoothly without wasting time. By doing this we can also have a record of all our transactions. And it also reduces crime of stealing. We can also increase the rate of skilled people by giving digital training to illiterate and villagers.

It reduces corruptions.
It reduces the crime of stealing.
It reduces paperwork.
Saves manpower.
Saves Time.
Increases rate of skilled people.

India is headed towards the digital economy.

It has its pros and cons.

1. It will help to reduce corruption in our country. If all the transactions in government offices become cashless or online we can keep a track of it easily.

2. It is good for a startup like Paytm and phone pay. There will good competition among these.

3. The problem of change in shops is solved by using online transactions.

4. We can simplify things to a great extent if paperwork is made online.

5. Money can be transferred easily to other's account now.

Cons:

1. It is difficult for old generation people to use these mobile apps. Also, elder employees working in government offices will find it difficult to deal with the online world.

2. Online fraud is the biggest problem. One has to be extremely careful about it. And the government needs to come up with a proper solution for it.

3. Difficult for old generation people. Security problem online fraud.

What?

Digital India is the adoption of various technologies like computers and ICT in public interest activities like Banking, Offices, education, etc. , intented to make the system more efficient and transparent.

Why?

As opposed to the traditional pen and paper work, digital working is more efficient, faster, transparent and user oriented. Also the scope of its impact is wider than the traditional methods as the travelling costs, setup costs, etc. , are cut in the first place, and in the state of art technologies no human intervention is needed as technologies are becoming smarter day by day.

How?

This digital transformation is a great change and as people are always reluctant with change, so this will also take some time to gain trust of people. More importantly, it is basically aimed at the people living in remote areas and places which have very less accessibility because most of the people who are living in towns and cities were still fine with the traditional methods as they had access to the facilities.

Impact:

Education Sector - Students are the one's who are getting benefited the most. Gone are the times when you needed to go to USA/UK to study cutting edge technologies. Everything can be accessed just from anywhere.

Banking sector : No need to go to bank for money transfer or EMI payment or even taking Loans.

Agricultural sector: Farmers can directly connect with e-commerce companies and their stocks can be sold at a much higher price than earlier.

Social Media: Connect anywhere in the world, learn something from them and make friends.

There are many other impacts of DIGITALISATION:

Challenges and some solutions:

1. Internet Facility is not available everywhere, only around 40 per cent of people in India use the Internet.

Solution: before DIGITALISATION, there should be a discussion on how can we make internet available throughout India at an affordable price plus how less costly mobile phones or dedicated devices can be made, because, without it, the process is just a fake concept.

2. Trust: Indians still don't trust online sources for many reasons such as Fraud, etc.

Solution: The main problem is Digital Intelligence, people don't know which sites to open so that their data is safe and secure. This is prevalent mostly in Teenagers and the old generation. Timely online or offline digital Intelligence programmes which make people aware of the internet, its potential threats and security issues should be there. Otherwise, a digital attack (cyber attack) is just as easy as it could be on a digitally illiterate population.

Thank you.

Before going with the point, to whom it is benefited. I would like to spot some light on what India become when it attached with the word digital, it basically means connectivity, communicability, opportunities economically stability.

Now the question is how?

As we have seen this was the initiation taken by our honourable PM Narendra Modi sir. According to him, New India should take steps toward digitalization where we do transactions with our electronic device ie initiation towards cashless India which create new jobs, if I am talking about communication, now a day if anyone wants to contact the people around the world they can do easily in second, if I am talking about economically stability of the nation, I must mention here that cashless India reduces the chances of corruption and also terrorism. Due to digitalization in every sector creates a lot of jobs opportunities which added value towards economical stability.

Last but not the least, I must mention in such pandemic during lockdown when everybody is in their home, the initiation of work from home and online classes for students has been taken successfully, this is nothing but due to initiation towards digitalization. So here we see every aged people of every sector are benefited with the tag called digital India.

Digital India is a scheme launched by the Indian government. It is very beneficial for us. It help to develop our country's economy. By digitalization, we can easily do some essential things like transactions, online business and online study. We can fill up forms of any government jobs and government-related like ration card, voter card. By correct use of digitalization, people can learn and achieve many things and internet gives much information for gain knowledge about anything we can do our work from home' in pandemic like a corona.

Digitalization also has some disadvantages like In online transactions there are possibilities of cybercrime. Sometimes transactions get failed. In online education, the teacher-student intersection is less. So digitalization has both advantages and disadvantages.

Digital India is a campaign launched by the Government of India in order to ensure the Government's services are made available to citizens electronically by improved online infrastructure and by increasing Internet connectivity or by making the country digitally empowered in the field of technology. The initiative includes plans to connect rural areas with high-speed internet networks. Digital India consists of three core components: the development of secure and stable digital infrastructure, delivering government services digitally, and universal digital literacy. It was launched on 1 July 2015 by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it is both enabler and beneficiary of other key Government of India schemes, such as BharatNet, Make in India, Startup India and Standup India, industrial corridors, Bharatmala, Sagarmala, dedicated freight corridors, UDAN-RCS and E-Kranti.

Another big advantage of digital India is that as the transactions get digitized, monitoring the sales and taxes becomes much more convenient, as the transactions are recorded, customers will now get a bill for every purchase that they make and merchants can now no longer escape from paying tax to the government.

This results in increases of revenue of the government thus resulting in growth of the overall financial status of the country.

In my opinion. Digitalization is the best process to develop our country and to increase more things by using devices like a smartphone; laptops and computers etc. Nowadays. So many members are suffering to go and transfer money in rural areas. But due to this digital India. It may decrease our work by using online transactions. It may have and haven't Due to this, India will become developed. Further that. People will become strong and they will reduce their works. And it is the correct way to start digital India. Coming to urban areas and rural areas. Rural area people don't know how to use this transaction. It is the first disadvantage. But in urban area people. They know all how to use. It is the advantage. So, It will be very useful for every person for their personal issues like money transactions, mobile recharge. Shopping. Etc. If we follow this INDIA will be the DEVELOPED country. Thank you.

As my perspective, digital India is a benefit for the human to do the work at the place itself like banking, ticket booking, shopping etc. So we can reduce the traffic and can reduce air pollution in India. Yeah, it may have a signal problem but India is a developing country in future it won't have that kind of issues.

In rural areas, they don't know how to do their works with gadgets it will affect them and they easily tell the strangers about their account password.

The hackers are developed and the whole Indian files will be hacked by the hackers.

In my point in everything, there is good and bad. It is based on how people use it.

I agree with people that say digital India have both pros and cons.

Pros:

Digital India make India cashless so less is Case less is the chance of theif and people feel more comfort in online transaction for more amount than cashless.

Cons:

In India literacy rate is not high so mainly in rural area people are not believe in online transaction they thought that in online transaction there is risk of money if payment get failed etc.
