Can we dream of hosting the Olympics?

I think this is not the right time of hosting Olympics in India. Yeah, it would be honored to host Olympics but still India is not in position to host Olympics. Because we do not have infrastructure for this and economically also we can not bear cost of it.

I'm not saying that India can not host Olympics in future, yes we can but it is not the right time.

I think India should try to win more medals in Olympic games instead of hosting the Olympics. In our country we are facing scams, corruption, poverty and unemployment, we need to solve these problems, then we can imagine that we can host Olympics because these things are obstacle in hosting the Olympics.

Can we dream of hosting the Olympics?

It is India's dream but some issue or problem occurs during any big event.

1- Many money uses in Olympics game like London Olympics total expanded is 15 billion dollar.

2- Many terrorists attract still occur in India so that is big issue like security.

3- Many politicians are corrupt like last commonwealth game 2010 which will hold in India but many scams still occur during the game.

In this three major issues, in my opinion, is like not possible India can host Olympics.

But, nowadays Narendra Modi government work on many issues and solve that type of issues

Yes, we can obviously dream of hosting the Olympics because it can possible for India to host the Olympics. But as for now, first of all government of India think to provide the good infrastructure, sports arena, well and latest technology of sports equipment and big and main point is there should be no corruption in sports because if a sportsman does well and bring the medal for the country then it is we who will be proud and India become famous all over the world. So instead of spending billions of money on hosting on Olympics government of India should think of spending money on sports. We all expects from the sportsman to bring the medal from the country but government of India did not spend much money on this sportsman. So I think, we will definitely host an Olympics but as of now, government of India should focus on good infrastructure, flooding, equipment, hygienic and corruption free India.

Every country has a dream to host Olymics. But for achieving this dream our country has to be done a lot of work. We have a huge number of resources to done it but due to our nature of corruption as a political leader and lack of responsibilities taken is a major cause of concern. If we go through our past experience of organising not Olympic but common wealth Delhi is major issues of improvement. It is necessary to put break on scams. There is no dought we have a lot of potential, finicial power, hard working skill but deficiency is only in will power. If grease take initiative to organise olymic than we can definitely do it. Organising Olympic is not only a event organising it will show the world our cultures, hospitality, our infrastructure which will attract foreign investors also. It is good for country.

Yes, we can dream about hosting the Olympic games. But it is practically not possible. It is because of a shortage of skilled man power and infrastructure. Also, the big problem is the corruption. In 2010, our country is successfully hosted the Commonwealth games. But the main thing is that our country is badly shamed by foreign media because of delaying of construction and excessive corruption scandals.

Till now in our country, various villages are out of electricity and many people are starved for food. So at this stage, hosting of Olympics games are practically impossible.

I think it is good to think about hosting an Olympics by India. But India is not wholly developed. India is developing at a small rate. So when India get achievement in developing infrastructure and security then it will very successive stage to host Olympics.

As Olympics include mostly all countries over the world, as in the recent past Olympics 206countries participated, this will be a good beneficial step for all the people from the world to know about our country. Yes, we can definitely dream of hosting the Olympics. But why should we waste money on these when thousands of people are living on streets, do not have food to eat, do not have clothes to wear. In short, India is not developed. At least try to satisfy the common needs of people and then think of hosting such a big event which does not only involve one country but many countries.

India is such a country we can host any kind of events if we have entire support of state as well as national governments.

Hosting Olympics events in a country where only cricket is considered as a main game helps everyone to know about other games and other athletes of other sports will get some support for practicing.

I think we can host the Olympics games in coming years. But as we see hosting FIFA u-19 world cup we can understand what our capabilities are. I m not saying that we can't do but organising Olympic games is not the easiest thing at all. It required a lot of money and human power. Countries hosting Olympics games invest a big part of their GDP for these games. If we see the required circumstances we can observe that we are not prepared yet. We are emerging economy at all and we are definitely going to host Olympics in coming years.
