Can we dream of hosting the Olympics?

Why not? Olympics have always garnered most attention and brings country together at a single stage. India's hosting will give boost to tourism, sports and government will get added advantage in elections. But everything lucrative has the other dark side. Government would spend crores of rupees in renovating few already flourished cities while those villages where electricity seems like a dream would get nothing to cheer for. Before looking to invite other nations our country should also look at the present condition of those who are already the part of the nation. India needs to sort its responsibilities and if everything goes well and get organized, we would love to cheer for India.

Although our track records in Olympics have been very poor, we must strive for good performance in upcoming Olympics and it should be dream of every Indian to host Olympics. Let's not forget our record of 8 gold medal in Hockey. We need to reorganize our sports culture and promote quality players without nepotism. At the same time, our government needs to make adequate funds available for training and make sure proper use of that fund. We don't lack potential for good performance but we need to pick right players and provide them modern training that will reflect in their performance. At last, I conclude it should be our target to host Olympics and make our place in top 10 countries.

Hi friends, it's possible, India will definetly host the olympics. But present situation is not good enough for us to conduct or host such a huge international sports events, because we are in the stage of developing country, so its our dutyto raise our economy and to raise the life of people, who are all living under poverty line. By providing job opportunitues to the people without any corruption, will indirectly decrease the poverty. Obvisouly, our Indian economy will increase, at that time India is capable of hosting the huge events like olympics. As all of us know, our country is good for hospitality, if we became a develeoped country, we will surely host olympics in future.

Yes, definitely as India is a developing country and even growing technologically day by day India can be a place for hosting the Olympics. Being the 7th largest country and 6th richest country in the world, our India has many smart cities also. Even most of the cities and also villages in India following the Swatch Bharat campaign are making our India clean and green. India is also a secured place to conduct International events. People from different nationalities throughout the world live here. However the pollution is more in India so if government takes right and strict steps to reduce the pollution definitely our country will also be a platform for conducting the Olympics.

Olympics is an international sports event organized by many countries in which thousands of athletes from the world take part. Talking about hosting the Olympics in India is a great aspect. As India is a developing country, whose large part is covered with poor people. To invest a large amount in hosting it can be difficult because India most probably get 4-5 medals whenever organized and hosting it can give us no such big profit. As the Tradition of India says games are not enough good for their children to make it as a career. So, overall there is no such advantage of hosting it. But coming on, can be a dream of hosting the Olympics, yes we can but we should not.

Yes, India have ability to host Olympic games if then total procedure is in hand of a honest person. Yes, I admit our infrastructure is not up to norms but we can prepare infrastructure in a given limit of time we have potential. If you told that India is a developing country so we have no ability to host then what about china who host Olympic very successfully. If china can host then why not INDIA. Prominent strength of India is manpower and unity. Due to some corrupt politician it is wrong to say that we are unable to host Olympics.

Hosting of events such as Olympics is a dream for every country. It fetches the attention of the world and boosts the hospitality and tourism industry which ultimately becomes beneficial to economy. But hosting of Olympics demands world class infrastructure with huge investment in sports centers, roads, hotels, stadiums and highways. Although ours is a third largest economy of Asia, we are lagging behind in these respect. Further given the existing poverty and other social and economic reasons we are not able to invest much on these items. Lastly, our dismal performance in sports doesn't allow us to go for such a mega event. Finally, we can't dream of hosting the Olympics.

In my view, India should dream of hosting Olympics but not now. It must keep in mind that Olympics need too much money and investment as it hosts many countries. India is a country where most of the people are below poverty line, they didn't even get a proper food to eat, didn't have a shelter to sleep peacefully so government must take actions regarding this. All in all it also does not support any sport other than cricket so first of all it must spend in these internal problems to overcome through these. Sportspersons must get proper training so that they can make India proud on their land itself by winning in it. We must support these things. Thank you.

Oympic event brings too many things for the hosting nation like money, fame, employment etc. But to achieve all of that, nation have to spend a large amount of money. The arrangement of Olympic event is not easy as we saw how the economic crisis arised in Brazil during 2016 Olympic games. India may also face those problem because no. Of essential projects will be stopped if they hosts. Citizens also saw scams in such events like Commonwealth scam and this problem with our authorities don't let us think about Olympic. So in my opinion, India is not economically strong to host such events and if India do so, it should be free from politics and surveillance by Supreme court.

In order to host Olympics first poverty, unemployment and corruption need to be removed. Yes, it would be a matter of pride for our country and also a way of promotion of our country so other country gets to know about us but until and unless these problems are solved hosting Olympics is a dream for us. India being a poor country is currently not in a state to host Olympics. The commonwealth games 2010 was a failure due to corruption. India does not have a good statistics in winning medals in the Olympics so we need to give opportunity and proper training to our players to improve themselves after removing all such nation related problems we can think of hosting Olympics.
