So friends,

Even my opinion, is the same. Brain drain has to be stopped. Though India is not rich enough in money but still it is rich with many young cherishing youths who are been hypnotised or lured by many multinational companies. We Indians have to only work for our country, our motherland even though we get many offers from abroad. I know for some people or for parents it may be some pride by telling that they or their son or daughter is working abroad but just think how proud will you become by telling that I am working for my motherland or how proud will your parents be by telling that their son or daughter is working for their country. We are youths of our country and so we should tell our next generation that "don't betray your motherland for money".

Hello friends,

Firstly, what the brain drain means it means when some of the well literate people of a country shift themselves in some another country. What well literate means here is the one who can help a country to develop in a good manner. Here I would like to discuss that the brain drain should be stopped because we all know that India is a developing nation and it is the fastest growing nation in the world but we somewhere are lacking behind as compare to some another country and the best example is the USA wherein the most of the scientists in NASA are from India so this concept of brain drain has to stop if a country wants its development. Not only the soldiers are responsible to protect any of the countries but it is also the responsibility of those people who are well literate and emigrating themselves to another country. About 40% of the people in India emigrating themselves to another country why because they are not getting the much opportunity in India for example- The b-tech students are much more intelligent in the technical knowledge but they are still unemployed, We have approx 126cr. Of population because of which the concept of unemployment is increasing day by day, Facilities are not that much here etc.

What government is doing the biggest step till now for stopping brain drain was that under PM scholarship scheme top 500 students of India would be getting the scholarship of Rs. 75000 and for engineering students, the professors of the IITs are providing the counselling and providing the reviews to the students accordingly. Most of the new colleges are opening as fast as possible. So as a results students would get most of the opportunities in future and there would be no real need for them to emigrate themselves in the another country for finding the opportunities.

Really brain-drain has to be stopped because any nation can be developed without a smart and intelligent brain, every nation needs Army for their protection in the same way every nation needs smart people which can be helpful in the development of the nation. If such brain will move to other nation than how could our nation grow? So every government should facilitate smart brain to stop brain -drain.

Brain drain is boon for other country but bans in India because India is developing the country and then in India requires a more skilful and knowledgeable person. But in India, many students are going for studying in an abroad after studying they also doing a job in other they cannot return to the country. Many people is also moving from India to get high packages in other countries. Most of the people think to in Indian is getting a job is very difficult. The government they also made a rule for a people before they going in another country they should firstly work in India and they will move out from India.

Indian brain drain should stop. All those professionals who have had the advantage of subsidized education, need to give at least 10 years of service to the country, before moving out.

Hi all!

Basically, brain drain is the migration of skilled people from one country to other countries. As India is a developing country, this country needs skilled people to become a developed country. We not lose our human resource only but also waste the money government spend on our study. I agree that other countries provide high salary. But if our government will try to improve this and provide them with a good education, make them learn new technologies, provide them with the salary they deserve then brain drain can be stopped.

In my point of view, brain drain should be stopped. India is a developing country and it needs more skilful person for its development and if this migration continues then we will not be able to change the economic condition of our country. We should have the patriotic feeling for our country. I agree that there is a lack of resources and employment opportunities but we need to face these problems and work upon it in order to make India developed country. We should apply our knowledge and skills to overcome these hurdles and this is the only way through which we can help in developing the economy of our country. So according to me, instead of being selfish and giving benefits to other countries, we should focus on developing our own country.

Brain drain is a process in which the skilled and well- educated people of one country is going to other countries for work. By doing this they develop himself but their own country is undeveloped so brain drain should be stopped.

Many developing countries get most of their income. Developed countries also are benefited by getting cheaper skills and thus bringing down the operational cost and providing efficient facilities and service to poor.

On of friend said that we should not forget that the world is shrinking and becoming a global village. Further, he added that the individuals are benefitted by getting three times more salary than his/her own country and thus he/she can keep his/her family and relatives happy. Its human tendency to go to the place where he/she is getting better pay and perks. There should be equal opportunity for earnings. A doctor in Delhi charges INR 1700 whereas the same doctor gets 1700 dollars in US. 65 times more money see the abnormality.

Many US, UK people come to India for their medical treatment. India is getting its revenue from it.

Hi,

Brain Drain: A bane to India.

1. What it actually is ? It's the emigration of highly trained or qualified people from a particular country.

2. What led to the situation ? Due to increasing population, lack of leadership & enterpreneurship qualities as well as unsatisfactory environment at working places including gender inequality. These basic essentials leads the way towards unemployment or underemployment.

3. What is presently going on ? About 30 to 35% of highly qualified people across the country are migrating foreign. This is a huge no. In a developing country like India where still.

A below poverty person has to sleep hungry, a patient can't get basic medical facilities in his home town, a country where child labour is still not been eradicated. That's how big the difference is! These educated people running few NGO's, Startups etc. Would have meant.

India getting developed in real sense.

3. What can be done ? Presently the NDA government has laid down pathway for Startup & Standup India to stop it; but a lot of work is still undone at grassroot level. It's also necessary to motivate youth towards patriotism. Because we know that to take an iniatitive a few generation has to suffer a bit but, we can.

Hope it helps.
