Brain-Drain has to be stopped

I think everyone is right at his/her stand but my point of view over this issue is - we shouldn't stop brain drain because we have been living in the world of globalization where every nation is dependent on each other as our nation's talented persons going in other nation.

Likewise other nation's student also doing job here and they are helping us at various projects, technology is not a solely reason due to brain drain our FOREX reserve also increases and I don't find any problem on this if a person is doing job in another country where he/she got the job according to his/her talent.

I feel Brain Drain is a barrier to the country's development. Talented and skilled people migrate to other countries for better payment and better lifestyle, which they are deprived of in India. Its not totally the fault of those people who abandon India to shift somewhere else. They do this because they don't get satisfactory facilities in India. Reason? INDIA IS A POOR COUNTRY!

That's it. But what makes India poor? Here I'd like to blame out political system. If we go deep in it, then BLACK MONEY is the sole reason for India's poor financial condition. If all the black money in India are extracted in India, then India would be ten times richer the The States. Isn't that great?

Well; who's gonna take the responsibility for this? Of course, we YOUNG INDIANS. We get education in our country and then spend all those knowledge in some foreign country! Is it not a betrayal to our Motherland? Some facts are:

> 70% DOCTORS IN USA ARE INDIANS.

> 40% NASA SCIENTIST ARE FROM INDIAN BACKGROUND.

> 40-50% JOB SEEKERS IN AUSTRALIA ARE FROM INDIA.

This is a really shameful matter for our country. OUR COUNTRY IS THE SECOND LARGEST PRODUCER OF DOCTORS, ENGINEERS AND SCIENTISTS. Having so much of potential, India is still under developed! Isn't it the duty of every Indian to shoulder the responsibility of making it a Developed one?

The Youth of India needs to bring about a change in the system. If the system is neat, then India becomes rich. If India becomes rich, people get their requirements fulfilled. And if their requirements are fulfilled, then there will be no way for Brain Drain. Indian brains ought to boost the status of India.

Just think: If our home gets littered, then are we gonna leave it and settle in our neighbor's house? No, right? We ought to clean it up and continue living there. India is our home. If its dirty, then every single Indian needs to clean it up rather than moving out.

Yes, Currently our India facing Brain-Drain obviously its effect on our economics. Due to brain drain we have lack of good engineer and scientist. Instead of discussion of brain drain and its disadvantages, we need to do some changes. First, we need to start form self after that advice to others. First we need to change our education system. In India, sorry to mention that Here every government employee is corrupted first stop corruption and give chance to talent so talented people stay here and do there research government should take this responsibility.

In my opinion brain drain should be there because many of the NRI's are returning to our India and giving their money which they have earned in other country and spending it for their own countries development and also for the charities.

So that brain-drain should be needed. But one thing that every citizen should think is that they have to know their responsibility about developing their native place.

I personally think the brain drain is caused because the controls not able to give what it's talented citizens aspire for. They go out in search of better resources and opportunities to display their talent.

Hello guys! Brain Drain simple means to emigration of intelligent well-educated individuals to somewhere for better living status.

If we look the reason behind the brain drain then we will find that there is only one most reason is that we get better facilities and payment in foreign country which we get in India.

But Can we get these better facilities in India also?

If we see the reason why we don't get these good facilities then reason is our Dirty politics or we can say our System. A person born here study here but goes outside for doing a job because he is not getting satisfactory payment here.

People says that India is a poor country then I would like to answer to these people that if they ever saw their Indian politics scam:

1. INDIAN COAL ALLOCATION SCAM - 10.673 billion Rs.

2. 2G Spectrum scam - 1766.45 billion Rs.

Then I would like to ask the person a question is India also rich now?

Now I would like to inform about something about which a few people merely knows. These are:

1. INDIA is the 2nd most largest pool of ENGINEERS, DOCTORS, SCIENTISTS.

2. In AUSTRALIA around 40-50% job seekers are Indians.

3. USA is most popular destination for Indian students.

Reality is that the nations about which we say that they are developed are being developed by Indians. It's simply means is that if they all work for India INDIA also become a DEVELOPED NATION.

But what is problem that person doesn't want to work here. Reason behind is that:

1. Unavailability of right job for right person.

2. Lack of big individuals hub where our talented person show their talent.

3. Very less salary for Government Job.

Reality is that Developed nations attracts citizens of developing nations by providing good facility and payment and using their skills for themselves.

So in last the person who says that brain drain is good I want to ask a question from them that if your home is dirty then what will you do? You go to your neighbor house for living Nhi na. You try to make your home clean. Yes just like we have to change our system. There is a need of cleanliness in our politics.

Because our former president said that-if 1 rupees come from central government only 10 paise are utilized in direct way. So we have to change rather than we go to foreign country.

We need try to remove reservations for college seats, high recommendation for government jobs. Every college have to provide with advance equipments in labs by government for research.

Due to lack of recognition, respect, in INDIA, people are more bothering of their only family but not about the nation. In my view this is the reason why people in INDIA are flying off to other countries.

As we well know that what is Brain drain. It is the migration of educated people like:-Doctors Scientist etc from lower economic zone to higher economical zone. And the main reason behind it is the availability of better living standard, job, progress etc. But I am totally in against of it. There are many bad impacts behind it i.e.,

1) It remove feeling of patriotism.

2) It is the hurdles in the path of development of our country.

3) It is against of our culture.

4) It creates disintegration in the society.

5) It affects on our economical growth.

And this is my question to all that only for living standard we should leave our motherland?

In foreign countries why the roads are clean because we the Indians follow rules there but coming to our country they through papers on road side and do whatever they want. We can also make our country luxurious by following same rules here.

By staying here they can help people. Money is not one need here there are many. By sending money some may change like roads and all but not the poorness. By staying here we can provide employment to others.

I'd like to share my views on brain drain. In a country like India where we find the higher working class Example doctors, engineers everywhere round the corner I feel there is no such thing like brain drain.

In a society where education is given so much importance and at the same time being employed is a part of prestige and dignity people would like to be employed and that too with a good salary or a good pay.

When people don't find the kind of job or salary they prefer they would naturally try to find out jobs abroad.

I don't think anyone would like to go to any other country leaving their homeland and relatives. But many of them are forced to move to other countries maybe because they would be offered better salaries or better job facilities.

In a country like India where the lower classes are given higher priorities in terms of education and government quotas the people in the middle class often don't get the jobs they want.

In that case we can't question them on why they would like to shift to other countries which give them higher salaries and acceptable standards of living and good job environment.
