Brain-Drain has to be stopped

Good evening everyone.

Today, I am going to put my point of view towards brain drain. First of all, we have to know what is brain drain it is all about losing of Indian talents abroad for getting good earning and more career prospects. Presently, the number of youngsters who is emigrating to other developing countries has been increased as we compare to the last few years.

There are many reasons to leaving this country because of lack of opportunities, and to get a better life there and reservation is also one of the factors for brain drain. This been also increasing because the developed country also hiring this talent at low cost.

I think brain drain is like a medicine which will be only fruitful if it is taken in a limited amount otherwise it will never have a benefit. If these youth return to India after acquiring the knowledge and serve there own country then it will be definitely called a reverse brain drain.

At last, I would like to conclude that if these talents are not given opportunities asap then brain drain will spread like a disease and India will lose it's own talent and will take time to become a developed country.

My dear friends, there is brain drain in our country due to several reasons. You guys have already mentioned a number of reasons. I would like add one more.

There is so called RESERVATION system in our country that too in 21st century! The cream obviously gets selected for IIT, AIMS. But there are many others (around 50 % of total seats in IIT) who could not be in IITs because of reservation. Now what would these guys do? They are left only with the option of studying abroad because again there will be reservation in govt jobs ! So, the country itself is forcing these good candidates to migrate. Yeah. These guys can however do good in their country as well. But they can make better use of their abilities by living abroad.

I would like to say one thing, friends when I come to listen to the news of people going abroad then I feel very sad. Friends from our primary school to college life we study in our country and after for money, we go abroad. Friends why should we use our knowledge for other. India also provides quality education otherwise why foreign country are hiring us. Firstly we have to put our steps against it. We are the future of India and if we will keep this cheaper thinking of developing only us then we can not develop. Always mind friends try to do work for your country. Surely one day we will also have a bright future and our India will bright one 1st position. So friends show your intelligence for India and help to make it powerful. Thanks for reading my thoughts.

Hello, friends, I want to share my views on the topic brain drain.

What basically brain drain is? It means students or people are migrating from our country to another one for there studies or job. In my opinion brain drain should be Stopped because it is not a good practice. It not only waste our human resources but also the money of our government which they are applying for our education. Moreover, our good and intelligent students are migrating to other countries so the loss of good and skilled people from our country. It will help in utilizing the skills of those countries and making our country in a position of less skilled and illiterate people. I agree that other countries provide high salary and good education than ours. But if our government will try to improve this and provide them a good education to each and every child, make them learn new technologies provide good salary which they deserve than brain drain can be stopped and will make our country from developing to developed country.

Yes, brain drain must be stopped for bright future of our nation. Each year, government waste thousands of crores in educating students. Brain drain can be easily seen in top colleges like IITs, NITs, AIIMs, etc. Migration of students is happening for a better lifestyle, higher education and the greed for money. In India, companies provide not sufficient wages to the employs. The government should have to take a proper step to stop brain drain. Genuine payment must be given to them in R&D sector.

Hi guys. Every aspect has 2sides - merit, and demerit. It's also not exceptional. Now it's time of globalization. So I think brain drain must be necessary. Because interconnection of ideas can make out technology advanced. But for this purpose out government should take some essential steps. He must try to provide the proper environment & technology to them as they can continue their research work after returning from abroad. The main cause of brain drain is our government gives the 1st priority to the reserved one and in abroad they give the chance to the deserved one. For this basic difference, our brains move to abroad for proper respect & justice to their knowledge. If our government will focus on this disputes then only our country will become a developed country from a developing one. Thank you.

I know so many people who after graduating choose to move abroad, be it doctors, engineers, MBA.

1st and foremost how self-centred can people be? If everybody continues to move abroad who will think about India?

2nd one of my friend she just moved abroad like 3 months back and each time I talk to her, she keeps telling about the shortcomings of India (you study from govt colleges with such minimum fees and then choose to ditch your country and move abroad and then sitting in a fully developed country talk about India's shortcomings ?what did you do to make the country better? you just took degrees from the country and ran away to some other countries to serve them and ditch your own country.

3rd of all I respect my fellow people who choose to stay back and serve our very own nation, who think on how to make our country better than those who choose to run away from the country cribbing about politics, corruption etc.

4th It's a moral thing I guess and a personal choice but definitely selfish on how you can do this to your country who has given you so much.

Brain drain means settled in other countries. I want to tell you one thing is going abroad is okay but not settle there you just know how the technology is used what is the difference between our country and other country and came to our country you can try to implement that facilitates and technology that's is good and give better salary for talented people that's also very important thank you.

The "brain drain" should be avoided. People want to learn from India using Indian resourses. They want the seat in government college. Indian governent provide them education loarn. But after completion of studies, they can't work for India. And thy migrate to some other country telling that India is just a developing country. If then why they want to learn from this developing country. Why did they want to use resources of developing country resources?

A law should come that only those who are ready to work in India shoud only study in goverment college. And intaking of students in government college shouldnot be based on marks. If they have hearts to work for their motherland.

First of all, why does brain-drain happen? Because of lack opportunities and yes, reservations (caste system).

Every individual is seeking a better opportunity to grow himself as well as money, and due to lack of resources in India, they find a similar opportunity in some other country.

India is a country of billion people but one must say the country of billion opportunities (but that must be created by youth). Also, govt should give equal opportunities to deserving students and as an Indian everyone's focus must be to grow on country's value, then only it will be possible.
