Brain-Drain has to be stopped

Our topic about brain drain and in my opinion brain drain is a disease which work like as the white ant those hollow the tree like as India. My first point for that is the reservation for the SC and ST students due to that the student of general category does not take admission in governments colleges.

And another reason for vagrant from India to abroad is that in India the salary of an government employee is too less so they go abroad to earn more money and for life style. The people or student do not know their responsibilities for his country they are born and brought up here. According to databases.

Our Indian engineers in NASA are about 30% to 40% and the doctors are approx 65% to 70% are abroad. If they will come back to the India then our India will.

Definitely progress in few years. Their duties are to trying for make a develop country "India". In last I say that we have to change our mentality.

I would like to tell that for stopping brain drain the government should introduce such society or a place that Contain all advanced colleges, institutions, research centers, modern labs, and a good environmental surrounding with highly access to nutritious food and facilities high payments etc in a particular area of the state.

Every state is famous for different subjects like Bangalore is famous for engineering only. It contain all the things related to engineering such as schools, colleges, institutions, research centers, labs etc. If it can possible than see no one can go to other countries. Since all the things will be available in India. Will it really possible.

We need try to remove reservations for college seats, high recommendation for government jobs. Every college have to provide with advance equipments in labs by government for research.

Due to lack of recognition, respect, in INDIA, people are more bothering of their only family but not about the nation. In my view this is the reason why people in INDIA are flying off to other countries.

As we all know many of the students use to go abroad for higher studies.

And usually settle there only because to earn some more money.

It simply means that when a cow grows in a house and at in the time of milking leaves. The man who struggles for her feed.

I am Vijay, Brain Drain is very important because most of the people go abroad because for their studies and to settle there a lot of the Indian people settled in US, for an example: Satya Nadella and Sundar Pichai. If there is no brain drain no country is to be developed all members can leave in home country only.

Brain Drain can be stopped when we change the political views of our country (INDIA). We know that our economic condition is not so good. In India, we have lots of money but here corruption is present.

So, lots of people went to another country for doing the job.

So, first of all, we should stop corruption in our country then automatically the migration of people will stop.

Brain is good as, if we go to abroad and to great works then we raise mother India's head only and reservation of seats is a big reason for brain drain and convenience and salary is also very important.

Reading all your intellectual thoughts I want to place small opinion about brain drain problem which we consider as a problem that has lead India nowhere!

Why the most of the people go for brain drain means they thought as India has more population so here finding the job is difficult. But without investigation should never giving correct way first all of us seem to analyse the job opportunities in our country. In India having plenty of job opportunities.

A lot of people here talk about "SERVING MOTHERLAND". Others say that citizens need to clean up the country and make it developed. You're forgetting that India is the second most populous country in the whole world. If citizens could develop a country just by *living there*, India should have become the second cleanest and most developed country in the world decades ago! Truth is that even the most powerful people in the world can do nothing to change a country where it's government, policies and legal system are, and when majority of its people think in a regressive manner. Take Singapore for example. It is a super tiny country compared to India, but is way more developed. Why? Because of the great policies of its government, not whether most citizens live in that country or not.

Getting to the root of the issue will give us a better understanding and help us face it appropriately. Those who migrate do so because of lack of opportunity "economic, employment, education" in their home country. Maybe they're unhappy with the quality of life or due to political instability. Personal reasons we never know would abound too.

This means the home country loses the skilled people that could have aided in development. Lack of development causes people to migrate. People migrating causes lack of development. As you can see, it's a cycle.

Improving all opportunities in our country is the only way to attract people. How much money does our government spend on weapons? Isn't it disgusting?

You can NEVER FORCE PEOPLE TO STAY. That's a restriction of movement and basic freedoms. Migration is good as it leads to flow of technology, ideas, knowledge and information. This is good for the WORLD.
