I'm against of it because our nation spend lots of money on them and at the time of returning to our nation they go to foreign and use their mind for that country's development. This is the main reason they why India is still developing.
In my opinion, brain drain should be stopped and for this our government should provide jobs to the people.

Hello, everyone.
If all the well-educated engineers, scientist, doctors are going to settle down in other countries then what is India going to have? I do agree that India isn't that well equipped, but it could be made into one so instead of complaining strive hard to make it a better country and not go to other country and drain our country.

Hello, Everyone.
In my point of view, brain-drain is not a critical problem for our country because.
Here are a lot of people who have great quality & skills. I think that if 2 or 3 bucket water has taken from the ocean then it's not a big deal. All people want a luxurious life. Brain drain has many positive sides for ex. Sundar Pichai.

Hello friends,
I am against of brain drain. Brain drain is not due to change of mentality of Indians. TheY want to jobs in our country but Company not give a proper salary that they deserve this basically due tO corruption because lots of Indian moneY are dumped.
So change corrupt politicians and make a country a powerful nation.

Well, brain drain is the biggest problem our country is facing now. Instead of cribbing for the left ones. We the people can participate and convert our country, society into a better place that later it allures people for better living standard and education and people who left will later come and join the mainstream. The youth are showing interest to study in high cynosure colleges in foriegn countries. After completion of their education they finally decided to do a job in well reputed foreign companies because they are attracts towards high salaries and their bright future. Our countries have to find fast track for this situation.

Yes, I agree with all of my friend's opinion.
As we all know many of the students use to go abroad for higher studies.
And usually settle there only because to earn some more money.
It simply means that when a cow grows in a house and at in the time of milking leaves. The man who struggles for her feed.

The Indian Government should look into this causes and must strive to create better work culture, facilities and opportunities to skilled professionals in the coutry. The Government must aim at creating world class life conditions, pay pachages, transparecy, finacial and health security, incentives, etc here in India.

People living abroad have done great things for the country and humanity. If they've earned money, it's because of their hard work and integrity, and they deserve a great life. It is many people living in India that are ruining the country - earning money through fraud, or sitting idly and passing comments on others.
