Brain-Drain has to be stopped

I think many of people feel prestige to work with foreign country. And they never think twice to stay in their own country and work for its betterment. Our country is one of the developing country and there are more chance to do something innovative but it requires little patience for the success. People want to get everything in single step and tried to work in foreign country. But they do not know that there is also the opportunity to earn a lot by putting their mind to pay for own country.

Hello friends. Firstly, I would like to ask you people that what is the reason behind brain drain in India. Have you ever thought?it is because not getting the environment to the person who wants to explore his talent. Who want to use his/her skills. And I think EVERBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND USE THEIR LIVES AS THEY WANT.

LET'S TAKE THE EXAMPLE OF THAT IITIAN STUDENT WHO MADE "A DEFENCE ROBOT". DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH HIM. EVERY COMPANY REFUSED TO TOOK SPONSORSHIP OF THAT PROJECT. EVEN INDIAN DEFENCE REFUSED TO BUY THAT ROBOT. SO THAT BOY WENT TO USA. THE USA PEOPLE ANALYSED HIS PROJECT AND OFFERED HIM A JOB AND ALSO BOUGHT HIS PROJECT.

SO. The boy was not getting the environment to show his skills. That's why he went to USA.

SECOND EXAMPLE IS OF CHINA. THOSE SUBJECT WE STUDY IN ENGINEERING LIKE EMBEDDED, ROBOTICS. THEY, THE CHINA PEOPLE READ IN 8TH STANDARD.

SO. IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE ENVIRONMENT DUE TO WHICH BRAIN DRAIN IS HAPPENING.

If India focuses on this. Then only it can be stopped.

According to me, Brain drain is not utilizing the person full capacity in terms of knowledge to provide solutions. With automation for shall works and training to people with skills, they can be assigned with high-level tasks.

I would discourage the brain drain and the people who encourage brain drain by saying that they are bringing foreign money to our country as they might develop more jobs and money by selling the product and services to other countries and bringing the foreign money.

Yes, brain drain must be stopped Because

1] Our pm is giving lots of opportunities to our youngsters.
2] Corruption is reduced.
3] India will be developed country very soon.
4] All the essential requirements required for high living standards; it's available, so why to go abroad. Just live in India and make India better to BEST. I will suggest my friends who are going to abroad for jobs and all; They will must feel homesickness and sadness even though they hire good package, it will not give satisfaction. So, just "SERVE PARENTS AND OUR MOTHERLAND" Thank you.

Hi, everyone. Today our youth is more attracted towards working in foreign countries than in India. It takes a lot of time and effort to make a child educated and when the time comes to serve the beloved country our youth tends to get allured by foreign packages. Our country has got a vast number of opportunities in terms of job-related in every sector like medical, engineering, commercial, defense, etc. But due to lack of attractive salary, unemployment, lack of money, temporary settlement people tend to look for better opportunities in foreign countries.

People are more attracted to foreign nations as they provide permanent settlement, attractive salary, better lifestyle, better opportunities only a fool will reject this offer we tend to lack the spirit of nationality and we forget about our nation's progress. I strongly believe if our govt pay proper attention and effort towards making an attractive career opportunities for our youth by changing the plans related yo employment and providing better wages and salaries at home. Then that day will not be far when people from foreign nations will come to India for better opportunities.

As we all know, brain drain is the migration of the creamy and intellectual section of the population to other countries. Now a question arises. Why are people migrating?people are migrating in search of better job, pay, working environment. And most importantly to work in an environment where they are recognised and motivated for their work.

I believe brain drain should be stopped. And people should ponder over the following points.

It is this motherland that as provided with you that education for which the foreigners are hiring you today. So why not instead of going to foreign countries. We work in our own country to make it more developed.

Secondly. People who criticise our country should think what have they done for their motherland instead of going abroad.

People along with government should come together to hold hands to bring new technologies to India so that further generations should not have to travel abroad. It's only the young generation that can stop brain drain.

It is cursed for our country.

I doubted that a hidden group who are working to identify talents in India and to do brainwash to send them outside of India where they are agreed to send them and gain benefits.

Well, brain drain is the biggest problem our country is facing now. Instead of cribbing for the left ones. We the people can participate and convert our country, society into a better place that later it allures people for better living standard and education and people who left will later come and join the mainstream.
