Yes friends!! Its a obvious phenomenon that going on and on doing work 24X7 will drive a person to feel depressed and agitated. A person will be mentally disturbed if he is not allowed to relax. This sitution goes right to all walks of life from school going kids to working people. Both work and play must go in balanced proportion to achieve what we want in ease.. So its always "A SOUND MIND IN A SOUND BODY".... :)

I totally agree with the topic as if we consider eating the same food for a long time we will start disliking it even if it was our favorite, same is the case with work, restlessly doing it will make us feel stressed and then our aim will just be to complete not bothering about whether we did it in the right manner or not. And as only good people cannot constitute the whole world only work cannot let us stay fit.

All work and no play makes jack a dull boy means that games are extremely important in today's generation as the children have goal of the studies they also have the goal of playing games. This playing help the body and mind healthy. We all have some work but for sometime we should in that time by doing this our mind will be refresh. Only education is not important for child. Education is important for child.

Because of the pressure of studying and working for a long time without any break, our mind feels so sleepy and we just divert our mind to other activities but do not feel relaxed and refreshed. That's why I prefer that play is even important as work, when we play our blood circulates faster. Helps in the growth and development of the body. It helps to inhale oxygen more easily.

Any person cannot do work all the time and play all the time. Both the aspects are in the same coin but the way we are dealing is important. Not only for children but also it these are very important for all the people without any age limit. See, even in job applying resumes, we are keeping the separate column for curricular and co-curricular activities. Work and play are two eyes for every person.

Obviously, as we refresh our PC or laptops after doing a lot of work on it so as to attain a lot of work again from it, same matters for our mind & body. After a lots of work we need some refreshment even if the work is enjoyable, many of us love to do our work but some change really worth after a lumpsum of work so that when we return to our work, we do it with our full potential.

Hello friends, restless work will make our mind feel some stress. To overcome this situation we have to play for some time. Then only we will feel relief. Everyone should develop a hobby apart from helping your parents and reading. For our own pleasure. Please do your hobby in your leisure time. I think so that games are extremely important in today's generation as the children have burden of studies. Also, they help the mind to keep with and deal with any type of problems or difficult situations. It is an extremely necessary diversion from the regular routine. They also keep the body physically fit. By playing persons do not suffer by such problems like obesity etc.

If you able to convert your work into your hobby then you ll get expert into your work. You ll became successful in that field. There will be demand of you into that job from all sides. But if you continuously working for 24 hours then your personal life may get effected. You cant be able to do another job. Relation may get break. More than money life is more important.

I agree with all of you and mostly the quote "All work and no play makes jack a dull person". If there is not any play in our life then always our mind search something, that's thought became us dull person and we feel alone. And there no enjoy in our life without play. Play decrease the stress of the mind and give us rest mildly. It's my opinion.
