Hi friends I glad to discuss with you this topic. Obviously " all woks and no play makes Jack a dull boy " as you all know we are human being our body want rest after a lot of work. If we are continuously doing work than we are look like a machine. Even work is also important in life. Without work we feel lazy and bored. So both arrived important in our life. But its depend ourself how we take this statement seriously or lightly. So at the end conclusion is that if work is important in life than play is also. So enjoy life.

All the opinions for this position are merely opinions. I found this discussion by putting in a search on Google. I was looking for something specific to do about it. When it comes time for me to take a break I'm too exhausted to figure out what it is that would make it a break for me. Yeah, that's how far I go into the land of work before I realize I've gone too far. I just don't think I can get out of here. I live by myself. There's no one here to reflect how I'm doing. I just don't know what to do to get out of this.

Yes, I agree with this. Only work can lead you to have poor concentration power. You get frustrated easily. You should take some rests in your daily routine. Not only rest but also do some daily activities which you prefer. It helps you to reduce your stress level. Also, you can enjoy your work. Everyone should have some hobbies. So that, they can devote their time to doing this particular thing. It gives your inner peace, happiness, confidence. So that you can able to achieve success.

It is obvious that too much of work is bad for health. But the fact is too much of work is bad for the work itself. The result we get from our work depends on two things:

1. How much we work.
2. How efficiently we work.

So how efficiently we work is important. Our body and mind works best when we find our work exciting. If we work all the time we get bored, we lose our interest from the work, we lose our concentration, we start hating it, and our quality of work drops abruptly.

As the study is important playing is also important. Because if the child has to progress in studies then the child must improve his/her personality too.

So parents should give preference to playing too. Playing indoor and outdoor games help to improve personality and their concentration too.

So don't underestimate the playing games. Some children develop their career in the sports. So to understand their talents. Children must play and parents should allow them to do it.

I feel all-time study not only makes us boring, stressful but also the person starts losing friends. Being a book bug is not what a student should do instead, inspite of studying one should also actively indulge in hobbies, extra-curricular activities, it not only relaxes uu, it also makes us extrovert, confident and overall brilliant but also provides us with the enthusiasm to concentrate our mind back to studies after a bit of refreshment.

Thanks.

I strongly agree with the topic and I would like to share my opinion as well. First of all we should not forget that we are HUMANS and not MACHINE. Our brains remain active all the time when we do any kind of work. So it also need rest for sometime. In order to get the best output we need to work hard and we need to be efficient as well. So in my point of view rest is also an important factor of a human body in order to work effectively.

According to me all work and no plays make a jack dull its absolutely right because in this generation children's are all focused to score good marks but they don't think that some times to deal with this mental pressure they need immunity and some sport man sprite also which they can adopt from involving them self with playing games with enthusiastically for winning it.

Although it will also them overcome from the mentally pressure.
