If we work for the whole time it will be very stressful. From this our mind becomes weaker. Hence there should be some play as well. This will refresh us and again we can start with our work and complete it on time without any stress.

All work and no play make a jack dull boy. Rightly said. So. Every coin has two sides. Both the leisure time and play time is important in today's monotonous time. Because restless mind and body do nothing. It just does mistakes and makes us dull person and on other hand play help yo build up a sound mind. It is said that'a sound mind is in sound body'so play help to boost our personality and make mind fresh. So we have to make law schedule of both work time and play time in daily routine and follow it. This schedule work as a doctor for you because 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away'so leisure time is an apple for you. Thank you, soo much.

Well, I absolutely agree with this quote. As I feel its necessary for all the living beings.

Hard is necessary for becoming something in this pretty life. But I really don't think against it anytime.

A person will be mentally disturbed if the one is not taking out some time for his or her own relaxation.

For we students it's mandatory to study continuously during our exams.

But relaxation should be mandatory too. For refreshment of our mind and boosting up our energy for going back to work.

SO ACCORDING TO ME, WE SHOULD PLAY AND RELAX FOR AN HOUR. BUT NOT ONLY WORKING FOR 24/7.

It helps us to be active, physical and fit not only dull and dim.

Meritorious students are not those who study all day and vomit in the exam halls but those who do all the things in proper time. They go out. Enjoy themselves play with friends and study in a properly planned way. A person who studies a lot but does not know about the current happenings outside is called a book bug. A true intelligent student makes everything in a perfect way. He values the need for amusements in life. Only study and no play or no relaxation from studies make life monotonous. They are deprived of the worldly pleasures in life. They lack friends and companions. So jack must make some time to go out in the open and savor the beauty of this world rather than studying all the day cause jack in this process making himself dull only and unacceptable to others. Well, Yes I guess the proverb holds true "all work and no play makes jack a dull boy" the first question that arises on hearing this proverb is how does all work and no play make jack a dull a boy? The answer largely lies in the importance of games and sports. Games and sports are important to build up a sound mind of children. They make the children mentally alert to deal with any kind of situation.

Play in general is a good diversion from studies and help the students to learn their lessons well. It gives a necessary break from studies which is very important especially for the children in today's generation where there is a load of studies on children leaving almost no time for play. Studies have shown that children who balance both studies and play head to head tend to score more good.

We need some refreshment to do any work if we not play our mind is having pressured and play makes we fit and healthy so I am against the statement.

Yes, I agree with this. Only work can lead you to have poor concentration power. You get frustrated easily. You should take some rests in your daily routine. Not only rest but also do some daily activities which you prefer. It helps you to reduce your stress level. Also, you can enjoy your work. Everyone should have some hobbies. So that, they can devote their time to doing this particular thing. It gives your inner peace, happiness, confidence. So that you can able to achieve success.

We have to leave gap between our work. So, that our mind will get refreshed. For example, the pencil have to be sharpened every time after usage, to have a effective writing.

I think that all time work is also not good for us and all time play is also not good for us a person who never plays and never enjoy his life can not be ever happy or good in studies.
