I feel that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!

Hard is necessary to achieve our goals in life. But working all the time without any recreation tends to make a person dull and unsociable. Proper relaxation is absolutely necessary to keep our minds from getting overtaxed. An overtaxed mind loses all social spirit making the personality dull. Often children are made to study continuously so as to get good results in examinations.

But this rather tends to make a child just a bookworm with no social abilities. Furthermore, a relaxed mind is a rejuvenated one. Recreation revitalizes the mind's inborn abilities. That is why we stress extracurricular activities in school routine. A balanced scheme of work and recreation is the proper way to keep the mind in shape. This is especially very important in the case of children because it is the age when the personality of the child is being moulded.

I’ll be going to talk on a topic All Work and No Play Makes Jack a Dull Boy. I totally agree with this topic as playing is as much as important as studying in today’s world.

Intelligent students make proper planning for their studies. Meritorious students are not those who study all day but those who do all the things in the proper time. They go out. Enjoy themselves play with friends and study in a properly planned manner. A person who studies a lot but does not know about the current happenings outside is called a book bug. A truly intelligent student makes everything perfectly. They lack friends and companions. If you truly love the work you are doing, then you will surely get the peace of mind, happiness and freshness that you get from playing. All the time working and studying makes the capacity of the brain faint apart from it to spend all the time with books makes life dumb.

Well, Yes I guess the proverb holds true "all work and no play makes jack a dull boy" the first question that arises on hearing this proverb is how does all work and no play make jack a dull a boy? The answer largely lies in the importance of games and sports. Games and sports are important to build up a sound mind of children. They make the children mentally alert to deal with any kind of situation.

Play in general is a good diversion from studies and help the students to learn their lessons well. It gives a necessary break from studies which is very important especially for the children in today's generation where there is a load of studies on children leaving almost no time for play. Studies have shown that children who balance both studies and play head to head tend to score more good.

Well, I absolutely agree with this quote. As I feel its necessary for all the living beings.

Hard is necessary for becoming something in this pretty life. But I really don't think against it anytime.

A person will be mentally disturbed if the one is not taking out some time for his or her own relaxation.

For we students it's mandatory to study continuously during our exams.

But relaxation should be mandatory too. For refreshment of our mind and boosting up our energy for going back to work.

SO ACCORDING TO ME, WE SHOULD PLAY AND RELAX FOR AN HOUR. BUT NOT ONLY WORKING FOR 24/7.

It helps us to be active, physical and fit not only dull and dim.

Yes friends! Its a obvious phenomenon that going on and on doing work 24X7 will drive a person to feel depressed and agitated. A person will be mentally disturbed if he is not allowed to relax. This situation goes right to all walks of life from school going kids to working people. Both work and play must go in balanced proportion to achieve what we want in ease. So its always "A SOUND MIND IN A SOUND BODY". :) In my opinion absolutely all work and no play makes a person dull. Because of restless work our mind will feel some stress. So to overcome this situation we have to play for some time. Then only we feel relief, otherwise it makes us dull and dim.

In today's monotonous routine we hardly find time for ourselves which directly influences the efficiency of the work we do. From a kid to an adult everyone requires recreational breaks to boost his/her energy levels and get back to work with the much needed enthusiasm. Engrossing ourselves into any task 24 *7 without any place for breaks and rest may hamper our health in the long run.

Involving ourselves in co curricular activities can lead to a magnificient increase in our social skills too apart from reducing the stress levels and refreshing our mind.

All work and no play make a jack dull boy. Rightly said. So. Every coin has two sides. Both the leisure time and play time is important in today's monotonous time. Because restless mind and body do nothing. It just does mistakes and makes us dull person and on other hand play help yo build up a sound mind. It is said that'a sound mind is in sound body'so play help to boost our personality and make mind fresh. So we have to make law schedule of both work time and play time in daily routine and follow it. In today's generation, society places utmost stress to grades and students are judged by their grades in school and college and their future is judged on the basis of their grades. Therefore the students are too pressured to show their ability through scoring good marks only. But studying all day and not getting involved in any other activity makes them dull and they feel dizzy all day long for not being so active in all activities.

So the children should be made to play and have fun also along with studies. And thus, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

Good morning to all of you, and thanks for this opportunity to talk at this moment that here the character jack is not only but also a form in every student because due to some parental and exam pressure students are only focus within the books but they can not experience out the whole world, what happening in the outside world so a student in their resume mostly mention the fake hubbies and interest so because they can not make any good hobbies in their life they just stuck with this pressure of books notes exams so make a balanced life in which we can make our real hobbies and it can be reflects in our daily lives thank you.
