Material has more surface tension means more cohesion than adhesion. Therefor surface tension of raincoat material are higher than their inner material.

Means the plant has high surface tension that's why water does not stick to its leaf. Is this correct?

What is the example of this plant?

How it works?

How does angle of contact helpful in making the coating material of raincoat?

Cohesive force becomes greater.

Angle between rain coat and water droplet is 0 degree it is the Nature of angle of contact.

Yes, it's surface tension because the raincoat is treated with oil-based substances which repels the water molecules, so when a thin water film form across the fabric due to surface tension effect. As a result, no water seeps through the fabric but on touching the outside of the fabric the molecules are broken thereby water now soak through the space between the thread.
