Yes A, it's because of the weak acid so that present in human blood, and the acid main part of the buffer system in blood, that is why A is the answer.

The Buffer Solution is Applicable for Weak acid & Weak base so H2CO3 is a Weak acid Because.

How to form an h2co3? Carbon dioxide is reacting with a water molecule to form an Carbonic acid this an.

Weak acid so Present in human Blood this Acid Main part of the Buffer System in Blood.

A buffer is a solution that can resist changes in its pH when an acid or base is added to it. Buffers typically consist of a weak acid and its corresponding conjugate base (or a weak base and its corresponding conjugate acid).

These components work together to neutralize the added acid or base, helping to maintain the solution's pH at a relatively constant level. Buffers play a crucial role in biological systems, such as blood, where maintaining a stable pH is essential for proper functioning.

In our body, CO2 combines with water to give H2CO3, and this dissociates to H+ and HCO3- and this causes the pH of the blood to fall in acidic range. This acidified blood acts on our own cells leads to degeneration of cells. Hence we feel tired during playing. This is the process of dehydration. When we feel thirsty and tired after playing, what we have to do is to just cover your nose and mouth, and inhale the gas which you exhaled, leads to the reversal of reaction and balances our blood pH.

Just I want to share this info with others and it went as big para. Sorry.
