1 gm fat releases 9.3 kcal.
So energy produced by 1 gm fat is 9.3x4.2 = 39.06. As 1 kcal = 4.2 kj.
So energy produced by 1 gm fat is 9.3x4.2 = 39.06. As 1 kcal = 4.2 kj.

Thanks @Titin,
1gm fat releases 9.3 kcal.
Here the options are in joules so we have to convert kcal into joules, by multiplying 4.2 (1kcal = 4.2 joules approximately) we can get in joules.
9.3 * 4.2 = 39.06 KJ.
