@All.
1 calorie = 4.2 joule is correct.
1-kilo calorie = 4.2 joule is wrong.
That's why 1 gram releases 9.3 kilocalorie of energy.
= 9.3 *kilo* 4.2 joule.
= 39.06 kilo joule.
=39.06 kJ.

1gm fat = 9.3kcal,
1 kcal = 4.2joules,
9.3kcal = 9.3*4.2 = 39.06kJ.
1 kcal = 4.2joules,
9.3kcal = 9.3*4.2 = 39.06kJ.

Thanks @Titin,
1gm fat releases 9.3 kcal.
Here the options are in joules so we have to convert kcal into joules, by multiplying 4.2 (1kcal = 4.2 joules approximately) we can get in joules.
9.3 * 4.2 = 39.06 KJ.
