Potential energy is the stored energy and kinetic energy is the energy posses a body when it is moving.

Earth is revolving around the sun.

Why should solar energy is potential?

Battery is the source of chemical energy. Chemical energy is the potential of chemicals hence potential energy.

I agree that the example of potential energy is BATTERY.

A stationary object posses potential energy, so it is the battery.

Tea-kettle Steam can also be used to generate Some Energy in different devices. Why not Consider Them.

Potential energy means the energy which we can get without any motion device.

Kinetic energy means the energy which we can get from any motion.
Eg: wind energy, moving water energy for making electricity etc.

So battery provides energy without any motion i.e. static.

So it potential energy.

the electrons formed due to chemical combination are at higher potential at cathode and thus find a path to return to a lower stable state, thus forming a potential difference between Cathode and Anode.
