Each MOSFET has 4 terminals called body (B), source (S), gate (G) and drain (D).

The terminals are;

- Gate
- Source
- Drain
- Bulk

*Bulk may be present or not depending on the application.

The MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) transistor is a semiconductor device which is widely used for switching and amplifying electronic signals in the electronic devices. The MOSFET is a three terminal device such as source, gate, and drain.

3 terminals are conected drain gate source.

Yeah. It may be 3 or 4. According to the design requirements we will take 3 or 4.

4th terminal is substrate terminal.

If Vsb=0 ---3.

If Vsb not equal to zero then 4terminals. That means if sourcr and substrate has different potential then two different terminals will be taken.

I Think answer 3 or 4 is right beacuse in option this is available and we know that in MOSFET substrate is also a terminal otherwise it is internally built in it thats why we say that MOSTET has three terminal.

4th terminal is base.

Can Substrate be a terminal?

MOSFET HAS 3 TERMINAL.

* SOURCE
* DRAIN
* GATE

MOSFET has 3 terminal only.
